VERY IMPORTANT, do NOT go here!!! Went there for my nose piercing & belly button the first time, & everything went great. Although, my button felt slightly shallow, I didn’t think anything of it. The second time I went, I got both of my nipples done. I told the lady at the front that I would feel better if they were done at the same time, but she told me no. I asked if she would be the one doing it, since she was the only woman on staff, & she said yes. (She was also the one who did my belly & my nose.) But, when it came down to it, a big man came & got me from the waiting room, after I said I was waiting on _____, he basically said she was busy & if I wanted it done, I’d have to go right then since it was “so busy. Uncomfortable, I told my 2 friends to come in with me. We get in there, I take off my shirt, & he prepares the stuff. When he did the dots, they weren’t even. I pointed that out & he said it was just a guide. When he finally got to piercing me, everything was off. & everything seemed rushed like he had somewhere to be. My friend who had hers done said that he did mine differently & a lot quicker but it could just because they’re 2 different piercers. Well, we got in the car, I pull down my shirt, & they both are crooked. 1 is EXTREMELY shallow, & when I went to a reputable piercing back home, he said that it would mess up my nipple for the rest of my life if I left it in. the other one was crooked, but horizontally. Like one side of the bar was coming out of the tip of my nipple & the other side was piercing through the correct spot. It was crappy that I had to go through that intense of pain to just take it out 2 days later because they wanted to rush it. Also not cool how I asked to be pierced by a female & instead, got a huge man who wasn’t careful. My friend also went & shortly after, her piercing got extremely infected. They use cheap jewelry that's shipped from overseas that will actually damage the ear tissue. My daughter got her daith pierced there and he barely even got the cartilage. It got infected was told by the piercer at Bleeding Heart Tattoo that the placement was so wrong that it would never heal like that. He said he should have never let her leave the shop with it like that. Very unsatisfied and will never go back. Read Less

Love the new owner. He is so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I got my upper helix repierced after letting it close because it was so painful even months after it was pierced. When the owner pierced it , he was quick and it barely hurt at all. Now, a few days later, it's not sore at all compared to months of soreness the first time around. Great price for a piercing ($10) with professionalism. I also appreciated his honesty when I asked if he could pierce it with a hoop first and he said no because it is more dangerous to do that. I came in with my two friends to get a few piercings done & we were all a little skiddish about particular ones (two of us got two done) so we were squealy & Joshua handled us perfectly. He was straight to the point with getting them done & talked us through everything & personally made me calmer when it came to getting my tongue done! Everyone here is always so nice and professional! When I heard about their $10 deal, I was worried about getting shoddy work done, trying to get through everyone as fast as possible, but it's totally not like that! I had never had a piercing before other than my lobes. Brandy was awesome she was calm wasn't in a hurry. She explained everything to me and it really helped calm me down. The piercing was quick and painless. Later on during my healing process I thought my piercing had gotten infected I went back to the shop and Brandy examined the piercing and cleaned but wasn't infected.
