We bought a $200 gift certificate for our mother for a 2 for 1 permanent eyebrow treatment. After the first and second treatment the eyebrows were not dark enough and faded. When my mom called to tell her about her disappointment with eyebrows, Lynnette told her that she really needed to have a 3rd treatment and that it would make a big difference and she would be satisfied. So mom paid another $150 for another treatment. After the 3rd treatment her eyebrows had no improvement but unfortunately Lynette talked her into spending another $50 for a touch up, which made the 4th treatment. Well after $400 her eyebrows are still not dark enough and after just 6 months mostly faded. So after being lured into a 2 for 1 bargain it turned into a big disappointment. I first came to Lynette to cover spots in my eyebrows that were bare from scarring. I was so worried about having super dark, unnatural-looking makeup, but I was sick of covering the scar every day and hoping my makeup didn't run.  Lynette was patient, listened to what I wanted, and numbed me up really well! Afterwards, I was a little apprehensive because the liner looked pretty darn dark (kinda like some of the "after" photos on her site).  However, when it healed and peeled, it lightened significantly and the strokes looked like amazingly natural-looking hairs. Lynette is amazing, she is so talented! Her new location in Clayton is easily accessible with garage parking. She runs on time and is very professional. I appreciate how she numbs the area before starting making it much more tolerable. I've been seeing her for years for my eyeliner. I get so many compliments on my eyes. I have been to Flawless twice now and Lynette is awesome! I had a bad experience at a salon in Florida and Lynette has fixed the botched job so well you can't even tell where they messed up on my eyeliner. I had by eyebrows done by Lynette and today was my second visit - you almost always will need more than one session, even if you have eyebrows. My first procedure was in October 2013. My natural brows are very thin and sparse and I previously had to fill them in each day. After my first visit, it was so nice to not have to spend so much time on my eyebrows each morning, and to not worry of going without makeup at all! Your skin does shed in certain places, and will become lighter after it heals, so that is why you will need more than one visit.Lynette was great - she is super amicable and pleasant to deal with, and never struggles to find conversation. She is clean and professional, and made sure I was satisfied before I left.
