My mom found this place and got two tattoos herself and one for her friend from Little Josh. She wanted to get my tattoos from 10 years ago finished for my birthday gift. It took awhile for me to agree because I am not a fan of the pain. But I knew the detail of his work from hers and finally consented. Lil Josh took an hour with me to perfect what I wanted. As I am not someone who wants anything similar to others. He listened to all my concerns and never once seemed annoyed ...or bothered by my requests. He quoted us a very reasonable price and kept to his word. He was very nice and easy with my skin. I appreciated his concern for my comfort without taking away from the detail of the tattoo. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Bad experience! I'm a single mother that just recently moved to Branson. I usually go to Kaleidoscope in Springfield because that where I am from but I decided to check out a few places in Branson before driving an hour. I went into Buckle up tattoo and asked for a quote on a Dove tattoo I wanted the size of my palm. It looked like Josh was the only one there, and he ignored me for a while.. then assisted but seemed very bummed that... I walked in.. he said "how about this?" And It was nothing like the picture I showed him, so I politely said "well, I'm actually wanting the wings to be open.." and he said in a very rude and cocky tone of voice, "I don't like Doves, so I would do it for $400". Everyone there is fantastic! Very friendly, down to earth people. They make you feel right at home from the second you walk in, and you can tell within minutes they all like and each other, and they get along great witch makes for a more welcoming environment. The guy who i always go to is Lil' Josh. I very like his work and the kind of stuff he likes to do better suits my taste and he's very talented, i wouldn't go to anybody else in Branson. But i will say that i would gladly get a tattoo from anybody there. They are all very good at what they do!! I'm just partial to Lil' Josh. I highly recommend this shop!
