Horrible service from uneducated ppl when it comes to piercings. Also very over priced tattoos! Cant speak on the quality of them but I was quoted $1100 for a tattoo that 2 other well known places quoted me between $300-$350 to do. Needless to say I got my tattoo at one if the other places and couldn't be happier with it for $350. The Male piercer not only looked as thow he hadn't showered but his finger nails also showed it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! **This review is coming 3 years late.** I used to pass by this place all the time when I was younger, so I went here to get my first tattoo. Needless to say I had a horrible experience. Most of these guys are on drugs or something. My artist got up and took a break every 20 minutes to go smoke! So the piece what should've been maybe a 5 hour max tattoo into a whole day experience. Not to mention the guy who did my tattoo, left my skin very scarred and since then have had another shop fix both tattoos. Not to mention I've been told the wording on one of them is so blotched out, I may never be able to get it fixed/touched up. This place is cheap.. but you get what you pay for. Crooked piercings, terrible work and a drugged up staff...DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Trust me, I do not know how this place is still in business, they are terrible at everything they do, I lived in Arnold most of my life and always told people to avoid it and a few did not and paid the price with bad tattoos and crooked piercings and lots of infections, staff are just about all drug addicts and do NOT need to be doing what they are doing. I have had a couple tattoos done there by 2 different artist.  Each and everyone is blown out, crooked, and all around poorly executed.  I always tell people "you get what you pay for."  It didn't matter if I spent a little or a lot they are all poor.  I tried to get them to fix the ones that were the worst but they just made them worse.  The one artist would stop every 15-20 minutes to go out and smoke.  The largest piece from him took hours and it felt like he was using a dull needle and ripping my flesh.I do have to say it looks like they have some new artist but the experience that I had will keep me from going back. Got my tongue pierced and a butterfly tattoo. My tongue drained goo for a week, and my tattoo got so infected that I nearly lost my leg. I wound up hospitalized from it. The doctors say that either the equipment wasn't cleaned, or they are reusing their ink. Please, NEVER get ANYTHING done here. Read Less

You know what they say, "Cheap tattoos are not good, and good tattoos are not cheap!"That having been said, I wouldn't say Enchanted Dragon is over priced, but I could be slightly out of the loop.  I know an artist that works there, and would have gone anywhere Josh was working.  Regarding price, the shop minimum appears to be $60 as of right now.  I think that's pretty standard.  Typical of most shops, the artists receive 50% commission and the tips.  My friend got a small piece and it was the shop minimum.  She had to go get cash has they have a minimum for a credit/debit purchase.  Make sure you ask before you sit down.  Luckily, since I knew the artist, it wasn't a problem for her to run out and get cash while he was drawing up my piece.  Atmosphere wise...they have a couple pool tables and a dart board.  I'm guessing this is in part for the artists during down time or for the clientele waiting.  There is a couch and chair, lots of books full of designs organized by subject matter.  The walls are covered in flash work designs.  If you are looking for something ready made I'm sure you can find it there. The work space I was in while getting tattooed wasn't private, or really private.  Although I'm guess if you are getting a piercing or tattoo in a more private area of the body they probably have another place to do it.  It was a chair and the artists work space partitioned by a wall with a window cut out.  Anyone could look in while I was in the chair.  My friend with me while I was being tattooed and vice verse.  The other artist that was there that night was across the way from where I was.  There was a TV mounted on the wall for everyone's entertainment.  I saw a chair and desk in another location surrounded by half walls in the "lobby" area.  I'm not sure if this was for show or another artists workspace.  Overall it's a good experience, but most of that is about the artist versus the location.  It is clean and laid back so I would go again, assuming Josh is still there. I have eight tattoo's and out of those eight two are from other places, one of them is from Goldenlands and it's a tattoo that I would gladly cover up or remove just to have it done right. Enchanted Dragon is a great place and great priced, my tattoo's range in size and each have never been unfair or overpriced. Large tattoo on my forearm which was a mixture of a few tattoo's and it's exactly the way I wanted it to look I can not remember his name (been going there since 99 and it's a different person each time) and he did a fantastic job. Despite what people might say about this place, it's really about your attitude towards them that dictates their attitude towards you. Just remember they are providing you a serves, if you treat them like trash you will regret it. I have always shown them respect and all my tattoo's have turned out perfect. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know or meet, even got my wife to go there. We are both going back soon as we figure out our next design.. GREAT PLACE, CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY. Read Less

Constance is a very great and talented artist. She has done one of my tattoos, and I am definitely going back to her for the rest of mine. Kadesh is the head piercer there, and has done a lot of my piercings, I am greatly satisfied with them. The store is very well kept, and they use strict sanitary precautions. I would have to say my experience at enchanted dragon was pretty rediculous. I have 6 tattoos now and when i went into enchanted dragon i asked for an orange lilly . I had a picture and a price range to stay in. The guy told me that'd wed have to shrink it waaay down to about the size of my fist to stay in the price range. I said alright because I didnt know any better this was only my second tattoo. Then he said he wasnt going to use the design in the picture he wanted to use a stencil they already had in the shop. Pure laziness. Then he said it would cost more on my hip than it would on my shoulder. So he gets it all drawn up and says its gonna cost me 150 bucks! I asked if that was a bit too much because after all it was just a lilly, no background, only 2 colors and it was only the size of my fist and he said no Im actually giving you a good deal. Well I believed him and got the tattoo. It was not worth 150$ the tattoo itself was poorly done the colors and shading were poorly done and I dont recommend anyone goes to enchanted dragon ever. Ive asked 7 different tattoo artists if I was over priced for the work and size and theyv'e definitly agreed. Read Less
