They do not do child's ear piercings and were very, extremely rude when telling me so in front of my child. Will never be going back.
In reply: She was standing right outside the door, and you couldn't see her crying. Piercers should do child's piercings, and no, it's not the law, otherwise No Child would have their ears pierced. You could have said "we aren't licensed" or "we choose not to" but you didn't. You had an unwelcoming sign on the front door.
And yes, you were rude. It was just a "No." It was a "No" and then a complete turn away. When I asked if you knew anywhere that did, the action was repeated. Considering I live in Clinton and am a tattoo artist myself, this was very disappointing. Vile, even.
I have never experienced in all my time going and visiting shops or going to get work done or ever going to get a piercing done such an unwelcoming staff and front of house environment. And yes that includes the responses I got when I was trying to find an apprenticeship. Seriously, vile.
She's a child, I'm a parent. It was a spit in the face. Considering how empty your shop was and the quality of your work on your Facebook that you posted, I would think you'd be a lot more polite and courteous to potential customers and potential repeat customers.
