I recently went to Isaac for my first tattoo, and I could not have been more impressed and happy, not only with my tattoo, but the service as well. I was so incredibly nervous to the point where I was shaking and had a hard time talking! Freaking love the artists and the funky shop itself. Jamie was AMAZING, did a small custom design for me and my cousin, then quickly touched up a crappy tattoo I had done in NYC and made it look amazing...the way it should've the first time! I scheduled my appt stating it was for myself and another for small tattoos on our wrists. We walked into our appt both wanting totally different tattoos that were bigger in size. They were very accommodating and accepting of our last minute changes. After giving Matt a vague idea of what we wanted, we both left there very pleased. I'm going to only give a 2 star because they told me to come in at 930 and when I got there no one answered the door! I would call and can hear the phone ringing but no one would pick up, until I finally decided to leave a voicemail and that's when he says he's been there waiting....(lie) then the guy who pierced my nose also sold me the wrong size nose hoop and when I called about it pretty much said he couldn't do anything about it since I TRIED to put the ring in already. What the hell do you guys expect just because you made a mistake I have to pay for it. Never will I go there again! At least own up to your mistakes! I would accept that a lot better. DO NOT GET A PIERCING HERE!!!! I went here to get my tragus pierced and when the piercer had tragus studs out then gave me an eyebrow stud instead. I asked why and he said it was for if it started swelling so the stud wouldn't get embedded. There is one single wall mirror there with terrible lighting as well so I couldn't really tell where he put the dot to pierce it. They pierced it in the completely wrong spot and it was more so on me head than my ear. They didn't even tell me how to clean it or give me any sea salt to clean it with! The piercer also told me to wait 2 weeks to change it... I waited a month and couldn't get it out myself so I went to Leviticus Tattoo in Minneapolis and the piercer there said it was pierced at a bad spot and at the wrong angle and that I would never be able to change the earring myself, he also had to use tools to get the eyebrow ring out and it was very painful! He also told me the original piercer shouldn't have used an eyebrow ring because it adds unwanted pressure and can make it heal wrong (thankfully mine was healing perfectly!) after I got the eyebrow ring removed I decided to let my piercing close up because I hated it so much and i went back to Leviticus a few weeks later to get it re- done and I love it! :) I highly recommend Leviticus Tattoo for any piercings! Wouldnt recommend noone to go their got a piercing rt in the conner of my lip it hurted all night so i called the shop about six times finnally i just drove their but i had spoken to the owner earlier when i got their it was two people their that said they just do tattoos and the guy had left i was so disappointed cause i had spoken to him early thos morning he starting acting very unprofessional didnt have time to even see me to see what the problem was so later this evening i went to another place they said the piercing wasnt angled rt first of thats why it was hurting my gum line i told them about this shop very unconcerned guy,they were very nice and cut the ball of because he said itvwascway to tight never will i ever recommend! ! I definitely recommend this place I just had some work done on my leg 2 weeks ago and Matt the artist was amazing. He was able to go above and beyond what I wanted and the outcome was even better then what I imagined it would be.
