My boyfriend and I walked in on a Sunday. We were lucky and were able to get in right away with Shane Jensen. Very very clean process. Both of us got a small tattoo near our collar bone. Good price, I would've preferred to pay a little less, but I understand they need to cover their cost and time. One downfall I saw while there was that others who came in waited for well over half an hour just to talk to someone. Also, another artist came in to work on her station and she was incredibly unfriendly and seemed rude. For a random walk in though, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by again. :) Read Less

I’ve gotten all of my piercings done here but I went in for a new nose ring and the guy didn’t measure anything before putting one in, then when I said I didn’t like it (the bar was too long and the gem was too big) he said that I had to pay for it anyways but I could also buy what I actually wanted in addition if I choose. Horrible service. Went to get nose piercing and aft r she pierced it she gave no instructions. I had to ask about make up and cleaning. She just pierced it and said that's it. All she cared about was getting paid. Piercing was okay but service awful. Read Less

Got my left side Monroe down by Paxton last night & he did a phenomenal job !!! As a lady with a tattoo artist for a boyfriend (the shop at he works at currently has no piercer) I know a lot about the cleanliness of a tattoo shop & his station (let alone the whole shop) was spotless !! Took 15 minutes for the set up , piercing & breakdown of the station ! He was extremely professional & even helped me pick out the size of my jewelry THANK GOD I DIDNT PICK THE BIG STONE lol . I had been trying to find an artist to complete my sleeve, and a friend had recommended me to John at Wingnut in Anoka. I couldn't be happier with my almost finished sleeve!! I just bought a new barbell tonight and after I got home I noticed one of the balls was miss-threaded and I thought it looked bigger than it should so I put a calipers on before using it and sure enough it was the wrong size. I understand it's my fault for not checking the employees work while in the shop. I just didn't think I needed to do their job as well. Read Less

Even though they were small Kelli took the time to make some recommendations about placement and design that ended up making them so much better than what we had expected. Got my tattoo done here today, and I absolutely love it! I got mine done by Jesse, he did such a good job! I would recommend anyone to go here! I got strength on my foot with a horse shoe next to it, I didnt even think about that the horse shoe could look like a "u" and he thought of it and added detail to it to make sure it doesn't. I got a tatoo here and the artist named Trish or Trista  had NO IDEA what she was doing. I has sent them my image via email, which she sd she never received it. Then, I received an email the next day after she messed up saying they did receive my image!My tatoo was 3 tribal symbols and she messed up on one. Wen I had written an email explaining what had happened the response was less then professional, not even an apology! They sd they would forward my email to the 'persons in charge' and also a promise to contact me via phone by Monday. After waiting until tues late afternoon, I finally called the owner Shane, who shitted out on exuse after another. He sd he was a busy man with 4 kids and 4 shops to run.Then he sd that ppl change their images often and they get lost in email. Then, he ADMITTED to me that he doesn't ck his email as often as he should! Now, u think if someone  ownes a shop and is in the buisness to artist  PERMANENTE IMAGES on ppl, they would be keen on MAKING SURE the tatoo is correct! My artist had the made a few too many lines in one of my symbols. She never even introduced herself, I had to ask her name. My experience 10 years ago was NOTHING like the awkward, unwelcoming atmosphere that women presented. Shane is getting way too sloppy and has apparently has too many exuses to care about his  buisness or the satisfaction of his customers. If  you are still reading this, I would like to thank u and ecourage u to share this review with all your friends and family.This place doesn't even deserve a one star review. Pathetic. Read Less

I went here to have new nostril jewelry put in, and Churtch helped me pick out a beautiful new piece.  She then took out my other one for me, stretched the hole, and put in the new jewelry.  During the whole thing she was talking to me and we made jokes, she ultimately made the experience way more enjoyable.  I will definitely be back for more!
