I've accumulated about 40 hours of tattooing and 7 piercings over the last 10 years at Olde Town. The shop is clean and professional, and all of the artists do great work. Went in to get my industrial done and it was my first piercing besides my earlobes double pierced. Andy was super nice and let my boyfriend come in with me for moral support. Andy talked me through the whole thing and was really good at making sure I understood how to take care of the piercing! I started my half sleeve at olde town recently and I was so worried that it was not going to turn out how I wanted because I told my artist, Benny, what I wanted and let him design something. And it was 110% perfect and I was so happy with what he drew up. Everyone compliments my tattoo. Amazing line work, shading is done perfectly, every detail is there and done amazingly. I have been going to Moose for about two years and have literally gotten. Both my full sleeves, chest,shoulders and now have a 7 hour appointment to start my back piece. I could not see myself going anywhere else. Great work from every artist there. Also, very clean. It is a huge concern for me that I am tattooed in a clean work environment. I have went to Olde Town for two of my three tattoos. Eli has done both and done an amazing job. When someone tells me they are looking to get a tattoo, I recommend here first. Eli was great. He worked with me on both tattoo ideas with shading and font. He took into consideration the size and location. One tattoo I got 5 years ago, it still looks just as I like (faded due to time), but I like it just as much. The other I got last year and it healed wonderfully. Got both of my tattoos here and I never want to go anywhere else. First time I went I had Jon (who isn't there anymore :( ) do a fairy that takes up most of my calf. It turned out beautifully and I'm still in love with it over 3 years later. More recently I had Seth do a moon with a Celtic knot on my back and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and let me send him some emails and it turned out even better than what I had imagined. My sister got one at the same time (her first) and she was pretty nervous but he was great about putting her at ease and hers turned out beautifully as well. Its a very relaxed atmosphere. Yes, its a little pricey but you are asking someone to put a piece of art on your body that will be there for the rest of your life, you definitely should invest a little money in it. I went to Old Town for my first tattoo and they kicked ass. I went with my roommate and we got to go in and hang out with each other while Moose did our custom tattoos. We both had designs ready coming in, and he walked us though everything, drew the stencil on the spot and made edits  to make sure our tats ended up looking great! (I had a really small Celtic knot as part of mine and he explained how it would fade into a blob over time, so we came up with using a clover instead.) He was not pushy at all and made sure we were ready and aware of the process before starting. The whole place was clean and the staff was great. I let Andy the Tattoo guy penetrate me and I loved it. I'm a California native in town visiting my friends. I made this bucket list of things I wanted to do and one of these things was pierce my nose. Good olde Andy came to the rescue! Being the huge chicken that I am, I was freaking out. I got my ears pierced when I was a wee little babe, so I have no recollection of what it feels like.  Andy also got down to business with my friend. He walked us both through everything he would be doing to us. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. He made my experience a pleasurable one. He put me at ease by telling some jokes and answering all of my questions before we did the deed. He even took a selfie with us when it was all over. Thanks Andy! I've gotten2 of my tattoos here and will go to them for any others I want. They are nice to work with, they do what you want and are great with suggestions if you need them. The place is super clean too! I had Eli do my latest tattoo and he did such a awesome job it's way better then what I had thought it would look like!!
