I am so excited to get my tattoo! My mom got a tattoo years ago and always wanted me to have one like hers, over the years time flew by and I never did get that tattoo. Now, she is sick and time is limited. So I found myself in the lobby of Dark Matter Tattoo frantic about getting a similar tattoo drawn up so I could get it while I still have my mom here to see it. Thank God for the staff at this place because I got one drawn up and even added some items that my mom wants to add to hers! It looks amazing! Shout out to Eric, who I later learned is the owner, because he was really professional and an amazing artist. I could tell my need was noticed and taking seriously. He asked all the right questions and put my in the books for next week already even though he is so busy! Thank you so much! I'll post some photos when I get the tattoo and it heals!

Mitch and kimm are wonderful! However, the shop is very poorly run by the owner. I’d give Mitch and kimm marlow 5+ stars, just not the rest of the establishment

The shop is clean and artist's do good work but this was honestly some of the worst customer service experiences ive had with a tattoo shop. My friend was promised a touch up after paying almost $400 ...
The shop is clean and artist's do good work but this was honestly some of the worst customer service experiences ive had with a tattoo shop. My friend was promised a touch up after paying almost $400 for a peice and they have yet to return any calls or make any effort to work with scheduling it even months later. When I went in for my tattoo, the artist was somewhat irritable when I had input on placing and was not impressionable. I most likely will not return to this shop just from feeling unwelcomed and somewhat as bother to them.

First off horrible hours and not sure I know too many tattoo parlors that close at 6 in a college town and plus closing on a day they should be open without at least a sign saying something. I don't care how talented the artists are, be more professional than that

Got a cover up tattoo .. From mitch marlow .. Was very NERVOUS .. but was made to feel right at home ... The only problem i have with my tattoo is that i want MORE NOW ... !!! see ya in august mitch ....

Laid back, chill, clean great atmosphere! Great artists! Had work done by both Alex and Mitch and would happily get more done and will have more done for sure! Highly reccomend this shop!

Got my second tattoo from here yesterday and I just have to say, I love this place so much! Alex did both of my tattoos and I absolutely love them to bits. My first tattoo from here I was the biggest crybaby ever and Alex kept his cool and talked me through it. This time was a lot easier and he went above and beyond to make sure my tattoo was absolutely amazing!

Worst place ever had an appointment walked in they said we weren't on the schedule. Next people walk in they ask them if they were us? Even though we never got asked our names and got told a weren't on there .. they said no and got told they weren't on the schedule. Went to another tattoo place instead and the girls behind us did also. At that time we were told we were the third ones to come in that day saying "we weren't on the schedule" and that it's a daily occurance. On top of that the guy at the desk was absolutely rude. Worst place ever

I am so excited to get my tattoo! My mom got a tattoo years ago and always wanted me to have one like hers, over the years time flew by and I never did get that tattoo. Now, she is sick and time is limited. So I found myself in the lobby of Dark Matter Tattoo frantic about getting a similar tattoo drawn up so I could get it while I still have my mom here to see it. Thank God for the staff at this place because I got one drawn up and even added some items that my mom wants to add to hers! It looks amazing! Shout out to Eric, who I later learned is the owner, because he was really professional and an amazing artist. I could tell my need was noticed and taking seriously.
