I had a bad experience there I went in to get a tattoo they said they would draw something up for me I paid $100 deposit after a week they said they couldn't do the tattoo and they never even drew anything up for me and they never they would not give me my money back Read Less

A wonderful place to get a first tattoo! I was only concerned with the wait time. When I was waiting for consult I understood the long wait time, as I did not have an appointment. But I did have to wait approximately 20 minutes after my actual appointment to get started. Besides the wait time, I was made to feel comfortable and it was affordable. First off I would like to thank Alex Navarro & Cream City. The shop is a 10/10. Very clean & organized with each artist having their own area to work in. It has an inviting atmosphere to it which helps take the edge off if your feeling nervous. There is even an art gallery located in the back featuring local aritist which was cool to see. HUGE shout out to Alex Navarro (Instagram:@TheWiseSerpent) for doing one hell of a job on my elbow piece. I tried to give him as much freedom with my tattoo as I possibly could, AND HE KILLED IT. Went there with a friend who was getting a tattoo and while waiting it was a great experience. Had coffee choices, friendly and talented artists and felt pretty roomie. Heard they also show local artists paintings there at times as well. Plan on getting my next tattoo there for sure. Read Less

I went to Cream City for my very first tattoo and had it done by Alex, because I loved his anime/video game style. He was extremely helpful, easy to talk to, and made me feel very calm and welcome!! Got my first tattoo and my nose pierced the same day! Taelor did the tattoo and was awesome! Very attentive, double checking placement and color. Not to mention he was very friendly and fun to work with! Gabriel did the nose piercing and he was also awesome! Good placement and super fast service! Also very fun to work with! A very nice shop, but absolutely the hardest shop to book an appointment with. On a couple different occasions I have been ignored by two different people who work at this shop. A couple months ago I tried to give this shop another try. I emailed an artist about doing a larger piece. I finally heard back 3 weeks later saying that he was doing call backs this week... Unfortunately never heard back, and that was months ago. It shouldn't take months to book an appointment. It shouldn't take weeks to h4ear back from the artists. I would highly suggest going to a shop that actually appreciates your business, and has a little better customer service than this. Read Less

Kao was completely unwilling to work with me at ALL on a design I wanted, even though I made it clear that I was ok with her making changes and doing it in her style. She simply stopped communicating with me completely. Just blew me off. Very unprofessional. Will not be getting a tattoo from an establishment with such uppity artists. I went into Cream City with a general idea of who I wanted to do my tattoo and ended up with Em, I gave her a picture of a pixy Dragon that I loved and she reworked it in her own style and it was gorgeous! Tattoo was smooth and she kept the conversation going. I loved that she even emailed me after thanking me for a fun time and with the name I should check out for travel (we talked about camping and beaches) like above and beyond awesome! I absolutely loved my experience at Cream City Tattoo. I do not believe I could have had a better experience. I was able to get scheduled in one day after walking in. The price was more than fair, the speed of the artist was amazing and I felt zero pain with them. I went to other tattoo artists in the past and they not only had a long wait time and always hurt when the session happened. Definitely going back to Cream City Tattoo when I get my next one. I have gotten two tattoos done here, both done by Em. The work done was fantastic and she gave me exactly what I asked for. My body has a tendency to twitch while getting tatted and she was able to accommodate and still deliver amazing work. I cannot emphasize how friendly the staff has always been to me. I can't express how great of a place this is. I have many tattoos and have never been as pleased as the 3/4 sleeve done by Ryan Schepp the owner! All of the staff are great, easy to talk to, and excellent at working for you. Ryan drew my sleeve from scratch and it is amazing. Stumbled onto this shop by accident while surfing the net for some designs. Was really drawn to Will's art, even though the design u had in mind was a black only tattoo and Will uses color in some really amazing and beautiful ways in his art. The facility was clean and and inviting and the staff was friendly and helpful. Will didn't mess with my vision of what my tattoo should be but was honest about what would be necessary to create what I wanted from the design. I'd recommend Will and Cream City to anyone whether it's your first tattoo or if you're covered in ink. A great place and I will be back! Read Less

Absolutely amazing. Went there on my 18th birthday to get pierced. The piercer was out to lunch, and the owner (Ryan) said it was fine if we wanted to hang around and wait. The shop itself is GORGEOUS and incredibly clean and organized. I am very happy with the piercing, and the prices were fair. Ian Bell is the piercer, and I seriously recommend him to everyone wanting to get pierced.I looked through Ryan's work and once I have my tattoo fund together, I will most definitely be going to him.
