I saw the piercer to have some jewelry switched out before a surgery. I bought some cheap acrylic retainers and had her switch out my daith and tragus. She seemed confused on how to bend the daith ring to take it out. I tried explaining it to her but she clearly didn't understand. She destroyed my beautiful $50 piece of jewelry. She used steel clamps taking a chunk out of the silver, rendering it unwerarable, and bent the crap out of the ring. She threw $50 away. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the damage until later when I took the jewelry out of the bag. The worst part though, is that the shop wouldn't stand behind their work. I called THREE TIMES! Each time having to explain my story and all I got was "the owner will call you back." They never did. That was a huge waste of money and a massive disappointment. Stay away from this unprofessional shop. They will destroy your jewelry and never call you back.

Clean environment, sterile tools, friendly staff. E has done 3 of my tattoos and plan to continue working with him. His work is consistently fabulous and detailed. He is very patient and creative. E made my tattoos truly mine by taking ideas of what I like from designs and incorporating them perfectly. Highly recommend.

Skinlab is a great atmosphere, fun and welcoming. Clean, open and nice place. I was told to speak with Holland from Skinlab about getting some work done. Spoke to her, gave her my ideas and later that week, she had drawn up what I wanted. Looked great on paper but then I went got the first session done...amazing! I couldn't be happier with the work, and we still have yet to add the color! Thank you Holland, did fantastic work!!! Look forward to future work being done!

Wonderful staff - they are so friendly! I stopped by yesterday for some new jewelry, and even with their jewelry specialist out for the day, E and Holland did an excellent job answering my questions, chatting with me, and showing me all that they had. I have a friend who has a tattoo done by Skinlab, and it's really nice. I've dropping into the shop two other times, and watched their artists working on tattoos, and I was impressed with their skills. Can't wait to stop in again!

I saw the piercer to have some jewelry switched out before a surgery. I bought some cheap acrylic retainers and had her switch out my daith and tragus. She seemed confused on how to bend the daith ring to take it out. I tried explaining it to her but she clearly didn't understand. She destroyed my beautiful $50 piece of jewelry.
