I was looking to get my nose pierced and they said no appointment was necessary. The website says they're open at 11:30 I get there they're not open I look at their sign on the door and it says noon and noon comes around and they're not open. I then tried calling multiple times nobody answers and there's no machine set-up to leave a voicemail poor customer service. Oh and when I tried Googling them it says they're open at 12:30 but still at 12:30 no one was there. What time are you really open and are you really there when you say you will be? Read Less

Really strange experience here. Went in on a Sunday with my girlfriend to get her septum pierced. The guy working pulled out a tackle box of jewelry and started digging through it with his dirty fingernails without any gloves on. The whole time she was getting pierced there were two teenagers sitting in the shop making really weird/gross comments. The piercer would randomly stop what he was doing to text. And didn't really give any sort of cleaning instruction or guidance after the piercing. Overall it was a really unprofessional and uncomfortable experience, which was surprising considering the reviews. I wouldn't recommend this shop, at least not for piercings. Read Less

definitely the best place to go in Rochester, I love Nichole she is ART to me . She takes her time amd effort into it and im always relaxed there and i love the music they play . very comfortable and clean place. i absolutely love all my tattoos she did on me . I did the $40 ribbon tattoo. And, honestly so happy. They were able to do half pink for cancer and half grey with a blood drop for diabetes - with my grandma's name. The lady was really nice, and very cool and understood what I wanted to get. Plus, awesome music was playing while I was getting the tattoo. Read Less

It's been 10 years since I got a tattoo and I just got one done yesterdar. It must be said that Brian was amazing. I got the most meaningful tattoo and he did it to perfection, I am so in love with my tattoo and the work he did. The place is mega clean and people are friendly. They were able to get me in last minute for the 27th birthday I'll never forget. It was so much fun. It was a bit busy when I got in, and they were cracking jokes and everyone was having a great time. Something that made me feel a bit better as it was my first tattoo. My sister always goes here and never has any complaints.  Truly professional and affordable. My tattoo was a cat my daughter drew me a few years ago to make me feel better when I was sick.
