I've been there numerous times for fairly large tattoos...and I've had Jackie each time. She is INCREDIBLE! Very personable, very professional, and very much a perfectionist. She spends a lot of time working on the placement and size before going to the needle. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work, and rightfully so. This is THE place to go in Rochester!!!

I got a very simple tattoo done by Jackie. It has turned out very well and I love it! I would highly recommend going to infinity. Compared to the other studio (s) in town (I've been to 2 others), Jackie was really personable and they got me in very quickly, for a great price. :)

I've gotten half of my ink at Infinity and I will be back! (I also had the pleasure of doing the dragon/tiger wall mural on the north facing wall and I am STILL stoked about it !

I'm glad Jakie talked me out if getting a trible dragon. She drew half of the dragon, and then cut/pasted it on my arm from the print that she drew up. My favorite tattoo I got from her. She's the bes...

Jackie is a total beast, she did my chest piece, wrists, and neck and I'm such a huge fan of all of them. I get constant compliments. Plus she's cool and fun to talk to, id definitely recommend her.

Jakie did a wonderful job on my tattoo. She listened to what I wanted and brought to life perfectly. She is friendly and welcoming. She is excellent at her job, the passion she has for her career shows. The relationships she's built are evident in the gifts, they have given her, that decorate her work space. I will be back, and can not truly express how happy I am with the whole experience.She was kind and understanding about a bad experience I had that gave her my business. I now have a beautiful work of art that means a lot to me.

Definitely never going here again. My friend got her belly button pierced here, and it was extremely crooked. She went back in and asked if they could redo it to make it straight and the guy neither apologized nor offered to do it complimentary; she would have had to pay all over again. Autonomy is so much better!
