Ian Richards is, by far, an outstanding artist. I am so incredibly happy about the work he did for me tonight. I told him roughly what I wanted and he was able to draw up a sketch that was significantly better than what I even imagined I wanted. Not only is he an incredible artist, he is so chill and easygoing. Definitely going back to him for tattoo #2. Got my first tattoo here and it was a great experience. The facility was clean, everything sterile, a nice comfortable setup. The artist I worked with, Jessie, was very personable. She talked options over with me, asked good questions I hadn't before considered. She worked quickly and was very skilled. I am very pleased and if I get another tattoo I am going back to this place! Awesome experience getting my third tattoo with Ian and touching up another! He was thorough in preparation and thorough with the discussion leading up to the tattoo. I gave him an idea of what I was wanting; I trusted his art and talented eye to be able to see what a design could become! The first tattoo was everything I dreamed it could be and more! It’s absolutely beautiful! My friends cannot believe how detailed it is! After seeing how he crafted up my first tattoo I gave him the reins to touch up a small one behind my ear. I was recommended this tattoo parlor by my friend and I have to say THANK YOU! I have only one tattoo right now and I had it done at a different place in Minneapolis but I wasn't happy with the end result and I felt rushed by the tattoo artist. Josh at Good Times helped me fix my tattoo. I walked in and explained what I was wanting and that I wasn't 100% happy with my tattoo. I got a tattoo on my foot done by an apprentice in June 2015, the tattoo was terrible. It was not straight, and the artist did not space the letters evenly...long story short, it will either have to be removed or be covered up. They did offer to have me come in for them to fix my botched tattoo, but it didn't make much sense for me do go back to the place that messed up the first time. Read Less

I have been so pleased that he did 6 more tattoos after the first one. He is a solid guy and tells you right away straight up if your idea isn't something he can do, but then suggest other artist that might be able to conquer the request.
