Anita is a true artist I had a lot of rough work that made a arm sleeve. I Sat with her and talk For 45 mins. I just got my tattoo finally finished by Joe, and i had such a fun experience. Even when i was screaming, talking gibberish, and swearing, he was still trying to make me feel comfortable and shooting the shit with me. I definitely would recommend Joe to anyone who has the power to sit through a beautiful design by him. A little story behind my tattoo first experience, i went to my hometown tattoo shop who everyone recommended, well i definitely didnt get everything i wante⋯⋯d in my tattoo. Joe did my and my daughter's first tattoo today. I can't say enough good about him. He is very professional but makes you feel at ease. If I ever decide to get another one, I will go back to Joe! We had an appointment with a different shop, but the guy never responded to my messages and even rescheduled us at 1 point. Our appointments were supposed to be tomorrow so I messaged him today and asked if he still wanted to do them. He sent me a message back basically telling me to find another artist. Very disappointing. I worked with Anita and have a custom designed tattoo. I have been happy with it for years until I saw it proudly posted on the Golden Needle fb page... on someone else. I did not pick my tattoo out of a book or off of a wall, it took a lot of thought and research and is a big, detailed piece. She tweaked it just enough in her opinion and feels justified in tattooing it on another person. I can no longer recommend this place unless you are happy seeing someone else in town walking around with your deeply personal tattoo. Read Less

I went to addictions for my first tattoo, and I thought it was alright. I just got my second tattoo almost a week ago. I love the tattoo and the artist. I had Joe. I thought he was professional, he is very experienced, very friendly, and super talented! I had seen his pervious work and they were incredible. I have been at Golden Needle's Studio twice now, and both times I have been impressed with the ambiance, and the friendliness of the staff!  Each of the Artists has his or her own cubicle.  My Artist, Justin Nudell, did his basic set up while I waited in the waiting room.  Once inside Justin made sure that all his instruments were in good working order.  We worked together to make sure that I was happy with the stencil and the placement of the stencil.  Justin took great care to make sure that every thing was clean and ready to start.  In my opinion, Justin is a very fastidious Artist.  He will work an area until it is just right.  Now, I speak just of Justin,  if I could not get a tat from him for what ever reason, I would feel just as comfortable with any of the Artists working out of the Studio!
