I just got a tattoo from the new owner of Tough Love, and it is absolutely extraordinary. Everybody I show it to is absolutely blown away. She worked closely with me on its design, and was infinitely patient with my pickiness, while at the same time bringing stuff to the table that was more amazing than anything I could have thought of. And the actual process was, well, painful, but she did everything in her power to prepare me and make it less so. Highly recommended.
