Just had a tattoo done here and the experience was great. The staff was all fun to chat with and they took a lot of time making sure the design was exactly what I wanted. They suggested improvements I wouldn't have though of from my idea but left it completely up to me to decide. The attention to detail was great and I couldn't be happier about the end result. Went in with my BFF to get our nose pierced we seen Tony, we are both older like late 50's early 60's!! Tony & the staff made us feel so comfortable & we had a Blast. I saw Winfield for a tattoo and was extremely impressed. Not only is this a clean and experienced shop, the artists are all very friendly. Winfield made sure I was comfortable during my whole 4 hour tattoo. He did such an amazing job and I couldn't be more happy with my tattoo! He is awesome at very detailed work. 100% reccomend!!! I have some terrible tattoos. Then I found tattoo asylum. I have had both my rib cages done here and I am doing my sleeve here... I brought my mom here I loved their work so much. The shop is super clean prices are a little high but they are worth it. All of my tattoos look as good as the day I got them.  It's shocking to see bad reviews on here but if anyone goes on here looking for a shop disregard all the reviews, even mine... all you have to do is Google/Facebook Winfield Green look at his work,  it will speak for itself. I have three AWESOME tattoos and got a piercing at Tattoo Asylum all done by Winfield Green. Winfield is an awesome tattoo artist and great conversation while he works. The shop is always clean and welcoming. I had an 8 hour pin up girl tattooed on my arm and I ended up getting hungry so Winfield had one of the shop girls run up to the store to pick me up a snack. I love Tattoo Asylum every time I stop up there everyone is so chatty and happy. I've always been able to get in when I want and have been more than happy with the work I get nothing but complements on my tattoos. A friend of mine asked me where I get my work done and I said "Winfield Green at Tattoo Asylum" he laughed and said me too!!! He said the artist he used to use moved away and he had been looking for a new guy so he used to stop people when he saw work he like and that's how he found out about Winfield. He said once he'd stopped ten people and all of them said "oh thanks I got it at Tattoo Asylum by Winfield" he said that sealed the deal. Read Less

The absolute worst. I had a horror story experience from here. Windfield is a complete dick. Want a well done portrait and enjoy the experience too? Adam Chido is way more of a pleasant and talented tattoo artist for that. Luckily, Windfield compensated me fairly for the mistake of the dumb piercing apprentice for ripping my ear lobe. Didn't know she was an apprentice until after the fiasco. Regardless, how hard is it to know what size a plug is after 00. Shoved a 1/2 inch plug through my 00 hole. OUCH!! My ear was dripping blood for over 4 hours. He paid Verno, from The Holy Mackerel, to fix the problem his shop created for me. Should've went to Verno from the get go. Lesson learned. Read Less
