Swing by their new location on 14th and 4th in the basement on Friday. I brought my mom with me who'd never been inside a tattoo shop before. The staff was all friendly and welcoming, the art that literally covered all the walls was unique and incredibly done. I got a tattoo from Amy who was a blast. Me and some friends came in to get small first time tattoo, no appointment needed. The staff were rude and realized that it was our first tattoos and that we were international (accents) and charged us $120-$150. I wanted a simple bouquet of flowers and the lines are uneven and really thick. The information they give to you on cleaning your tattoo, doesn't match what they tell you to do to clean it. I'd say unless you know someone that works here, have a lot of tattoos then it's a safe place to go. They have great artist. I just don't understand how it was so hard to trace a picture i gave them. Best shop in the cities by far. Great artists, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I always get tattooed by Greg, and he's a fantastic artist and always makes me feel comfortable when I'm in the chair. The other artist are great too and it has a very collaborative feel. The prices are fair and reasonable and I'm always made to feel comfortable at every step of the process. After finding Idea's portfolio online, I fell in love with her style and contacted her via email to book an appointment. Her response was within the same day, and the deposit was taken care of by that evening. The appointment itself was fantastic - everyone in the shop was extremely friendly. Idea gave me a wide option of bright colors that I was looking for, and the free hand piece she gave me is amazing. Went in to get a piercing. Everything went smoothly, they had me pick out jewelry then cleansed the area/did the piercing/pretty textbook stuff. It's a pretty casual place - I had to wait a few min for the piercer to finish playing a video game but it didn't bother me. Of course this is a great shop. Best in Minnesota. Daniel peace and Greg Lombardi (shop owners/tattoo artists) are incredibly skilled, professional, and friendly guys. I have been getting tattooed here for 6 years and they only get better with time. Get an American traditional tattoo from Daniel and a Japanese traditional or American traditional tattoo from Greg aka (craiiiggg!) Greg Lombardi did my awesome ferret garter and they were able to fit my 2 friends in to get their tattoos which they really love as well (thanks Dan and Neil) I can't figure out how to post pics in a review so I'll send them to you to do with what you will.
