I came here the other day to get my nose pierced, and being a person who is usually not good with needles or any pain, I was pretty nervous. I informed Nick, the piercer, of this and he made sure I was comfortable at each phase of the procedure. The piercing itself was done super fast, and after it was done he allowed me to take as much time as I needed in order to get up and move around. He was also very knowledgable about piercings, and answered all of my questions about aftercare, as well as getting other piercings. Overall, I would highly recommend getting a piercing done from Nick, and make sure to let him know if you have any concerns, because he will go out of his way to make it as positive an experience as possible. The only cons of my experience were that I was not informed about the type/color of the jewelry I was getting, or the price of the piercing until after it had already been done. Erin is an amazing tattoo artist. Not only did she do an incredible job on my tattoo, but she had great customer service as well. When she heard that I might pass out from seeing my blood (I know, fun right?) she give me some sugar tablets to help offset this issue. I was so impressed by this small little gesture. She was also really easy to talk to through the entire process, it want by so quickly. The healing process was really easy and simple and my tattoo came out so great. Me and My wife were walk in's...we waited about 45 minutes for the boys to get back from lunch. No problem. Travis who would be doing my tat did a great job with the art work. The problem i had tho, was the fact I felt he intentionally "dug in" while doing my tat making comments on how impressed he was how I was handling the pain. This is my 14th tat, so I know what to expect. After it has healed, you can clearly see the multiple spots where he broke skin, which lead to deeper scarring and longer healing process. After waiting for over an hour and a half for their SCHEDULED appointment, my sister & her friends were ready to leave and go to The Scottish Rose. Instead they are approached by Erin who implies that if the girls stayed, they would receive a discount; she ensures them the wait won't be much longer. By hour 3, Miss Amy is finally ready for her scheduled appointment and after one sketch rendering, leaves for a half hour before finally returning and giving a bad attitude to her delayed clients. Once it comes time to pay, Erin refuses to give a discount and acts as if she has no idea what they're talking about. PLEASE READ, IF CONSIDERING!! (I know it's kinda long, but SUPER important!) I'm 19 and decided on a total whim to get my nipples pierced. I have absolutely no other tattoos, piercings (not even ears), nothing. I did a lot of research of places that do nipple piercings in MN before deciding on Creative Images. As you can imagine, pulling up to a little shop in a gas station strip mall for my first ever piercing, I was a bit apprehensive. However, once I got in the store, I w...as overwhelmed with their professionalism and their kindness. I went with a friend, we both got piercings, and we're both so so happy with the results. It's been about a month now since my walk-in, and I have had absolutely no problems with them, and I'm still so in love. The prices are reasonable, the employees are clearly extremely qualified and understanding, and the entire shop was spotless! I told the girl that was piercing me (Amy) how scared I was, and she made me feel so at ease. And because of this, it hurt for literally a second, then it was over (and trust me...I'm a baby).
