I went in on 3 separate days and all 3 receptionists were very nice & very helpful with any questions I had as it was going to be my first tattoo. They were able to squeeze me in the next week (which I guess is a short notice for a tattoo) to get a tattoo done. I chose Mike, who is very professional, made sure he had the exact colors right down to the hex color code, correct positioning and size. After the tattooing, they use a giant clear bandage that's used for burn victims in hospitals so during the healing process you won't scab as much. I went to BlackEnd Tattoo Atelier for eyebrow microblading. The technician did an excellent job explaining how the procedure worked, what to expect and I was given detailed after care instructions. The technician was very particular and took a lot of time making sure the look of the brows was just right. The parlor is in an early 1900's building with original metal ceiling tiles. The atmosphere is super cool, the artists are beyond talented (especially Ian!), and you can tell that they really prioritize cleanliness and quality tools. I have gone to different artists for all my tattoos and I loved Black End. I had Ian as my artist. I went in and showed him a sketch of what I had. Through the process, he communicated with me about the details and was great about any changes made. I have been waiting to do a tattoo for a bit now, and i was in town, and after lunch i figured i would look around the shops nearby. After i went in, i was immediately greeted and brought into conversations. This is a new shop, they were still unpacking when i got there. My tattooist, Brandon, came out after i was talking through my tattoo. My tattoo is of the dragon smaug on the map of the hobbit, and brandon took one look and said that he would love to do it for me. He did a fantastic job, i do not regret going there a bit.
