I called about setting up a consultation or appointment and the lady that answer the phone was rude and was talking bad about me when she was handing the phone to someone else and then when I asked to speak to the owner he just kept hanging up on me and saying I don't care I will never go there again even after I had most of my tattoos done there this place is a hack and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau to send them the recordings on my phone because I record my phone calls I would never ever ever let anyone there touch me or do a tattoo ever again just by how rude the owner was how can you run a business like that when someone's calling and asking questions about expensive purchase Read Less

My husband and I love this place! The decor is on point and the whole set up. The staff is very friendly and personable. The Doctor is the best he pierced mi and I didn't even feel it! The service at this shop is incredible. Tyler has done 5 of my tattoos, most of them fairly large and they turned out perfect. Lee has done my cover-up, and it looks amazing. Very professional place to go, clean and very welcoming! When Lee did my cover up, we started at 4pm and went until closing time, since Lee was super into the art work and he wanted a happy customer, he stayed an hour passed closing so that we could finish. I received a tattoo yesterday from Tyler.  My tattoo was a cover up on my foot/ankle.  I went in a week and a half before this appointment with one idea.  After chatting with him and another guy decided I needed to do some more research.  Tyler gave me a few ideas and his email and told me to email him and we will work something out.  Over the next week I looked and looked and looked.  Came up with another idea and found out that wouldn't work either because of the placement of the cover up.  I had another idea in mind and boom that was it.  After numerous emails and suggestions we made an appointment for a consult so we could brain storm together.  By the time I got there he had something drawn up.  We made a few tweaks to it and he said if your ready lets do this.  Next thing I know I am in the chair and I have a BEAUTIFUL tattoo.  You can NOT even tell it was a cover up...  I also thought the price was VERY reasonable...  I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo...  Thanks Tyler for a beautiful tattoo I will see you again for my other ones!!! I have heard good things about this shop and seen the work of the artists there, but I went in to see if they had time for a walk in and he replied he did. I explained I wanted an infinity symbol with the word "sisters" on one side. Now he explained that it had to be big enough so the word wouldn't become unreadable as the ink expanded, which I understood. So he did an extremely quick sketch of it and then showed it to me. It was about 5 -6 inches, and I did not want something that big on my foot, I asked him if there was any way it could be smaller or anything? And he just said no, did not even want to work with it or give any other suggestions.I was not pleased with this experience and ended up going to the holy mackerel which worked with me and the artist Steven did an amazing job adding suggestions and working with what I wanted and the area.
