first and formost, carl is an excellent tattoo artist! But he is unprofessional, talks to much about his personal life and what he does in his free time, asked too many personal and sexual questions even called himself "harmless pervert" during time spent here getting work done. ladies should bring your friend while getting work done.

Carl is a rock star and will work around his schedule to make it happen. He invests in the process and takes ownership of his work. Reading the other reviews I want to point out that Carl is all on his own now and does not entertain other artists at this time, because of his attention to the details and does not want others lack of professionalism to bring down his quality. I met Carl as a tattoo artist and I now call him friend, because of his investment.

He did an amazing job on my tribal tattoo and in my tattoo a year before everyone always states how amazing they are as I always said I paid higher prices to get an amazing tattoo. His outline is spot on never ever had I see him do a bad out line I have seen other artist do but he's in the business to take his time and make sure you walk out with a piece of art you will love for ever.

Don't go to this shop. The artists are hacks! Yes, the shop is clean and well organized but the artists are not very good. You'll wind up with a tat that looks like crap.
