General Info
Here at Cloud Nine, our goal is to move the tattoo and piercing industry into a more respectful light with our artistry, quality, and customer care. All of the staff has been trained in cross contamination, C.P.R., and first aid. We are all experienced artists who take pride in the quality of our work. Along with that, we also keep the prices competitive so you don't have to pay high-end prices for high-end work. Our tattoo 'minimum' is $70. Piercings range from $40 to $65. If interested please ask for details!

Made an appointment with the owner and was told that he would come in early the day of; I called before (to let him know I was running a few minutes late) No answer.. When I got there the shop was closed during business hoursπ I called one more time(still no answer) before going to Subjective Art in Elk River; who got me in right away.
Very unprofessional and will be going to Subjective from now on for future piercingsππ

He is one of those artists who really listens to what you want takes that info and draws up everything you want just the way yoy described it and then some! Owner sketched amazing tattoo, but session took 5 hrs so he could take breaks to give piercings due to being short staffed. I was also very disappointed by how many lines were missed and how it faded ...
Owner sketched amazing tattoo, but session took 5 hrs so he could take breaks to give piercings due to being short staffed. I was also very disappointed by how many lines were missed and how it faded unreasonably fast and severe, lookig as if it were 10 years old after only 6 months or so. Will be skipping the free touch up there to get it fixed at a different shop.

We ended up at cloud 9 because the other tattoo place we were going to messed up on our appointment. We are so glad we went to cloud 9! Mandie did an amazing job on my husbands tattoo!!!

I went in to cloud 9 in elk river to get my nipples pierced... i was so nervous and was scared that the piercer would be creepy or make me feel uncomfortable. To my relief, i was so wrong! I don't remember my piercers name, but he had a beard and was probably in his late 40s-early 50s. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease, i would say it was even more comfortable than going to the doctor! Loved it, have been recommending to all my friends :) thanks for being legit οΏ½οΈ

I had gotten my nose pierced at another shop and when I changed my jewelry (at the same shop) they put in a hoop that was way too small and it was tugging on my piercing. The owner of the shop helped me out on his day off and I am so appreciative of that! He got me set up in a hoop that actually fit my nose and it was such a great experience. I will definitely reccomend to friends!!

I've had my toungue, belly button and my first tatoo done there! I love that place, I'm definatly going to have my next tattoo done there, all of the people there are really cool and they can easily calm you down when your worried about the peircing or tattoo. Lex was the guy to do my tattoo and he was awesome! Thanks Cloud 9 i'll be back soon!
