I wish I could give this 0 stars....It's not even worth 1 star...The absolute WORST customer service I've ever seen. I went in at my appointment time and waited 2 hours for the guy to get his stuff to...
I wish I could give this 0 stars....It's not even worth 1 star...The absolute WORST customer service I've ever seen. I went in at my appointment time and waited 2 hours for the guy to get his stuff together to start. While waiting during my appointment time...The artist smoked twice, ate lunch and took consults..Again ALL during my scheduled appointment time... Very unprofessional and extremely heavy handed artist...The ink from my tat has bled out and looks terrible! Don't waste your time or money at this place, you'll end up having to get it fixed!

After going to get several tattoos and being dicked around (having to wait hours and being told "I forgot you were coming" after appointments were made) I decided to give it one more try and brought my boyfriend. We went on a Saturday - my boyfriend and the artist discussed the tat ideas. My guy gave the artist $150 deposit and the artist (Jimmy - I didn't want to name drop but F it) said my boyfriend would be top priority and he would contact us by Wed of the following week... a week and half went by and no contact... I contacted The artist a week later, he said they were busy and he would contact us later that day or early the next morning. Still no contact after 2 weeks from when my boyfriend dropped him a deposit. The artist never even started on my guys tat idea... and never contacted us. I think this is bad business and very unprofessional... I only gave this one star becus I had to... Spend your hard earned money anywhere else where they will actually give a damn about you.

Neil was a hell of a dude to talk with! His work looks kick a**! Really glad I took the time to stop by. I'm very happy with the way he brought to life the tattoo I brought to him!!!

I would strongly advise against going here. Unless you want blowouts and wrong colors all throughout your tattoo because your artist was high and doesn't care about what ends up on you. Also they will overcharge you. A lot.

Sadly disappointed in their level of customer service. I had gotten a Groupon for an hour long session for a Christmas gift and was super excited to explore a new shop. After receiving it in January, I've called and left voicemails about making an appointment with no phone calls back and emails sent - all have been failed attempts. Unfortunately I just found out my Groupon "expired" after trying to get in multiple times. After finally getting ahold of someone the other day, I found out they wouldn't honor the hour session. Super disappointing that they'd chose to put out/oversell a Groupon that they clearly weren't prepared for. After that conversation, I'll HAPPILY continue being a regular customer at Rockin Tattoos in Eagan, MN. They care about their clients and would never turn a paying client away.

I wish I could give this 0 stars....It's not even worth 1 star...The absolute WORST customer service I've ever seen. I went in at my appointment time and waited 2 hours for the guy to get his stuff together to start.
