I will be going back to this shop for future body piercings! Kate Marie was wonderful! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about her craft. She was extremely helpful with any and all questions I had. Because my body is part of the 2% that needed a larger back for swelling she was willing to drive and meet me on her day off! Thank you so much!

Staff is not friendly makeing the atmosphere negative. I had an experience where I had a tattoo done by the owner, woman with dreads didnt even listen to me when I told her what I wanted. When I pointed this out to her during the tattooing she told me that it would look better that way. I never asked her if she thought it would look better done a different way and I did not want it done a different way. You can say that she is the one that knows what she is doing but regardless it was not what I asked for.

My dad and I went in for a recoloring of his tattoo and a new ankle one for me, and the artists were very, very nice and explained everything that was being done. Great service and friendly people!

their credit card machine didn’t process my payment and then they didn’t take down my email address correctly, so they threatened to call the police on me because i hadn’t paid for the thing i didn’t know i hadn’t paid for - and had no way to pay for anyway. hope they enjoy that $60 because my friends and i had planned to come back for a bunch more work but we definitely won’t be doing that now.

My rating is based on piercing. I got a Monroe on Saturday and it fell out Sunday. The shop was closed and I sent an email. Still have not recieved a response. I feel like the post was too small and the swelling affected it. The piercing itself was clean and healing nicely, just not the right top or post used. Unfortunately, my piercing closed and I'm out $50.

I've been to Taylor twice now for piercings. She does a wonderful job and tells you exactly what to expect throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this shop.

Called to ask pricing and availability for nipple piercings. Was told 55$ by a "new girl" and to show up anytime before six. Got her at 5:30 on a Sunday. And they say the price is 100$ and they can't ...
Called to ask pricing and availability for nipple piercings. Was told 55$ by a "new girl" and to show up anytime before six. Got her at 5:30 on a Sunday. And they say the price is 100$ and they can't do it because they have to empty garbages. So we drove 50+ miles for nothing. While a woman with dreads sat and played on her phone while I was talking to her. Rude and unprofessional playing the blame game. Will never go back.

Best experience, went in was friendly greeted talked to the artist about my ideas he let me know he would draw something up ans what time to come back.. I came back he had a beautiful tattoo just what i wanted but better then i could have imagined. He brought me back had a great conversation. Not only tattooes but with piercings they know what they are doing will give advice. Just very helpful and friendly artist and im in love with my tattoo still looks great thanks for the great work.

I went in with an idea that I had for a memorial tattoo for my dad. My tattoo included the colon cancer ribbon, my dates finger print, a hummingbird and "I love you" that he wrote 4 days before passing. It ended up even more creative and perfect than I could have ever expected. It has not been almost 2 years to the day that my dad passed and I love being able to look at it and remember him. I highly recommend Twisted Image price, quality and experience were the best I have had. I wish I could post a picture for all to see on here. I will be back when I am ready for another.

I just got my first tattoo and Boom was awesome. The tattoo turned out better than I could have imagine. Very clean and very professional atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I really don't have alot of experience in the tattoo world.So when I decieded that it was time to get #2,I did some research on the internet. I also got some info from friends. After some wasted time...
I really don't have alot of experience in the tattoo world.So when I decieded that it was time to get #2,I did some research on the internet. I also got some info from friends. After some wasted time traveling from shop to shop, I almost gave up. There was a long shot out in Cambridge. Everyone says " for the best tats, head downtown." I could'nt disagree more! Twisted image is #1 on my list. The staff was extremely friendly,the shop was clean and comfortable. Also, the prices were very reasonable and fair. I will probably never get another tattoo anywhere else. Thanks guys, hope to see you again....soon!

Staff is not friendly makeing the atmosphere negative. I had an experience where I had a tattoo done by the owner, woman with dreads didnt even listen to me when I told her what I wanted. I went in with an idea that I had for a memorial tattoo for my dad. My tattoo included the colon cancer ribbon, my dates finger print, a hummingbird and "I love you" that he wrote 4 days before passing. It ended up even more creative and perfect than I could have ever expected. It has not been almost 2 years to the day that my dad passed and I love being able to look at it and remember him.
