Went to get a tragus piercing and they were even able to fit me in with Keith to get a tattoo on my foot. I’ve been here for all my piercings and tattoos and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very professional and have dont amazing work on my tattoos and when it comes to piercings they have great knowledge and told me why the piercing I wanted wouldn’t work for my body, instead of just doing it to make cash and having it reject and not heal properly. I always feel welcome here and when it comes to nervousness of pain they don’t judge and reassure me that tattoos do hurt. Went on Sunday with my 17 year old who wanted a conch piercing, she has other piercings as well and told Justin she loves hearing the "pop" when getting her piercings . Justin was so amazing, super helpful, took his time explaining everything to her, and also was super personable and talked about the same shows they both watch. Did not rush and took his time with us. He also noticed one of her other piercings , which was not done at Modify , was not healing like should be and he went above and beyond with trimming down her post and putting on a healing disc for her and offered up other options if this did not help. I had my 4th but largest tattoo done at Modify with Jason and I HIGHLY recommend him and the rest of the guys there. I had 2 sessions totally 8 hours. Very reasonable pricing, super flexible scheduling, great atmosphere, friendly guys and exceptionally professional work. I brought Jason two ideas that I wanted to combine but wasn't sure exactly how and he took it from there! I'm so happy with the end result. I have been going to Modify for years but sadly my experience yesterday was awful. The artist Joe was horrendous. Kept me waiting for over an hour while he played on his phone and kept leaving. My daughter was done with hers before Joe even started on mine. I will continue to go to Modify but never again will I allow Joe anywhere near me. He is an awful artist! Read Less

Had a terrible experience, tattoo was terrible, not one straight line, nothing went to points, nothing symmetrical.. I wanted a very detailed tattoo and got a terrible hand drawn thing right on my forearm. I was given the new artist without being told he was new. Skin around tattoo got somewhat infected as well. I have now went to 2 different places for coverups. Literally was laughed at on several Several forums, super embarrassing. Was my first tattoo and worst experience imaginable. Would Not recommend. Got my nose pierced by Soba. Clean and friendly shop with reasonable prices. I know, usually you don't bring kids into a tattoo/piercing shop, but my friend brought her 3 year old. After we were all done Soba put some quarters into the temporary tattoo machine and got him a little eagle tattoo which he helped put on. Big thanks for being so friendly! Read Less
