I went and saw Adrienne recently and I have got to tell you, I wasn't disappointed. The staff at Hot Rodders is so friendly and always welcoming. They took a design I had and made it so much better. Ron is an amazing boss he takes the time to make sure the customer and his apprentice are happy and confident with the work and the process. Very sterile and clean and totally worth the experience. I was just in earlier today and spencer did my very first tattoo. I was extremely pleased with not only his work, but how understanding he was when it came to me being nervous/in pain. Never been here and honestly glad I haven't, just got done looking at all their photos on google and there was 1 that was a decent tattoo. The only reason why I looked this parlor up is because I know someone who went here and has gotten multiple horrible tattoos and her last one is infected! If your in Kalamazoo area recommend art and soul all of them are EXPERIENCED and stand by their word or lance kellar up in the Detroit area. Not a place I would ever waste my money at! Read Less

This place is awesome!!!! I was recommended by a friend and it was not disappointing. Spencer was patient and very willing to work with the design to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and my sister too. It was her first tattoo and he took care of her :) And then the detail!! He did a small text for a quote she wanted and the lines were impeccable. The pricing was very fair for the work too.Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in a tattoo. Read Less

The client used to be a friend of mine and has taken personal issues between us out on my professional job at work. It is on video that I used all new needles and tubes, and disinfected the area prior to and after the tattoo. I won't even bother addressing the shaving or smaller complaints. Amber did a touch up and made changes that I did not like and didn't ask before making the changes. She didn't even shave the area completely or disinfect my arm. Also I did not want the work I paid for completed by her. Also her and the owners Ron and Ruth Sailor would not work on making this right by refunding the money I paid for work that wasn't completed or didn't offer to finish the work so I am out $400 for half the work!! Worst shop ever!! Rude and if you pre pay for work and dislike work completed, the shop won't have another artist finish the work paid for, they won't refund your money or do anything but be rude. Also Amber Meister the new girl SUCKS!! My touch up that she did, she Completely changed the tattoo I had and did not ask before she made that change.
