Fast friendly service. Unfortunately I didn't catch my piercers name but she had red hair and was very kind and eased my anxieties about getting my nipples and eyebrow pierced. Today's Friday the 13th deal was a disaster. People waiting since 8am (which the doors opened at 11am) never got their tattoos by come 6pm. The system plan was atrocious. The counter lady was extremely rude and got mad at everyone asking questions who had been there so early before opening. There was only 2 artists and a piercer when there was suppose to be 5 artists. No information was given to customers about their estimated time of getting tatted which was causing a lot of irritation and it smelled horrible inside. Granted there were 50+ people inside but there was no clear organization. The biggest problem was their "no limits" opportunity so people were getting 9 tattoos making everyone getting only one tattoo wait for extremely long periods of time and had to leave. My boyfriend and I were told we could sell our spot in line in order to get out money back since there was no refunds even though we never got what we payed for, and got yelled at by the lady at the front desk whom then shouted out "NO MORE SELLING YOUR SPOTS" again after we were told that we could do that in order to get our money back for what we payed for and DIDN'T GET. This was extremely poor planning, poor customer service and poor day. Word of advice to the owner of this sorry shop, try making the limit to one tattoo per person, open earlier and be more organized! That way everyone is happy, you make more money, your artists get better tips and people won't give you one star. Read Less

HORRIBLE. The guy that pierced me, did it wrong. Gave me the wrong jewelry. Got infected after just two days. I have plenty of other piercings and I've been very good with maintaining them. I had to pay to get it taken out(because of the jewelry he gave me) and even the peircer that was there was really upset and was trying to figure out who gave this guy a job in the first place!!! a friend of mine got her nose pierced there and when we went to buy more jewelry, the guy told her she needs to change is ASAP or her hole is going to be very big. Arrived at this shop at 8:40 p.m. and even called ahead of time to let them know we were coming, drove allllll the way out for them to turn us down. Told us theyre closing early, something they easily could've stated over the phone before we made the drive. and the 2 there were extremely rude. Didnt even welcome us as we walked in and looked annoyed that we even arrived in the first place. Then the girl there told us "well we've just been sitting here all day" and she then proceeded to ask another if he felt like tattooing and he said "no" & that they were closed even though it says they don't close till 10. I went to the Taylor location and got my cheeks pierced on Thursday & he totally fucked my shit up. Not only did he not know how and where to put them but he also put in the shortest bar there is. So my cheeks were so swollen that the inside of cheek started growing over the ball and also caused an infection. Hopefully this isn't going to fuck up my face forever. Definitely need to hire more experienced people at the Taylor location. I got my tounge pierced at the Garden city one a few years Ago and they did a beautiful job. Read Less

I wish it was a positive experience. I called early in the day to make sure everything on their website was accurate. Pricing, services, and business hours. The gent I talked to was nice enough. I was told they closed at 10 p.m. I got there before 9 p.m. The door was unlocked and a guy was sweeping. I walked in, and he asked if I was there for a piercing. I said yes. Then from the back another guy comes out and says we're closed. There's a tattoo convention tonight. He sarcastically laughed and said didn't you see the sign was off? I said I had called early in the day to make sure they were open til 10. He said not this store. Come back Monday. I know it was this store because I asked specifically if it was the Taylor location. He was flippant and quite abrupt. Customer service is a simple concept. I bring money to you in exchange for goods and services. Well not you specifically because my brief encounter with this employee ensured I would not return on Monday. From a good portion of the reviews, which I wish I would've read beforehand, I am not the first to feel the complete lack of customer service. I went here on Friday the 13th for a couple piercings considering the deal. Obviously getting anything like this for $13 isn't a good idea, but I figured since it was an event and such that it wouldn't be a big deal. Boy was I wrong. The initial piercing placement was fine, but the jewelry was absolutely incorrect. Way too big of a diameter for the rings, and way too thick. I had to go somewhere else, because I didn't trust here anymore to get the jewelry changed. I kept up with aftercare on these piercings diligently, and while the jewelry was being changed I was told my tragus was on the verge of an infection. I could only be led to believe that was because of cheap and/or improper jewelry. They also developed bumps which made the jewelry change out the most painful thing I've had done. I would never recommend this place. While at the event the workers there were also incredibly unfriendly, and even cursing at a few customers. It was not well planned out at all, and they refused to do anything about people cutting in line. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Read Less

I never got to do my review but last summer I got a daith piercing just before my birthday in July 2016, everything went well until 2 or 3 days after when 't ear got soooooo infected! I mean this was by far not a normal infection or reaction, I did exactly what my piercer told me to do, clean it no more than 2-3 times a day and what to clean it with. Iam very anal about following directions, my ear hurt so bad and got so swollen the doctor was afraid for me and that I could have gotten cauliflower ear! It was scary! Cried in pain for days, finally my coworker had to use pliers to get the stupid ring out! That's when I went straight to a doctor! What I thought would be a simple name tattoo turned out to be more difficult. The tattoo turned out horrible. While I was trying to explain to the artist what was wrong she was just not getting it. She continued to go over and over the tattoo, just making me bleed (which  has never happened with my others). Some lines were extremely thick, all of them looked blurry. She made two letters touch so they looked like 1 continuous letter. The lines were not sharp at all, it looked like her hand was shaking the entire time. She kept telling me the ink wasn't taking to my skin because I'm light skinned....I've never had that issue with my skin before. I actually tattoo very easily, no bleeding or anything.  I expcted more bleeding with this tat however because it was on my wrist but this was ridiculous. All in all the tattoo looked nothing like the font we had chosen or the picture she used for reference.  She told me I could come back to get it touched up. I didn't feel comfortable going back to her since she wasn't understanding my frustrations with the tattoo initially. I called and the owner said I could come have him fix it. He was very nice. He completely understood that I didn't feel comfortable going back to the original artist. I went in and he was extremely nice, quick and apologetic. He told me that he really hoped this experience hadn't ruined tattoos for me altogether. He did the best he could to fix the tattoo. It looked like a whole new tattoo when he was done. There was just one letter he couldn't fix much because the original artist had made it much thicker than the rest. Although I was disappointed with the tattoo the owners quality of work was much higher. I can't even remember the name of my original artist but I would not recommend to the young, female artist there. She said she had been doing tattoos for 4 or 5 years. Even though he was able to clean it up fairly well it still is nowhere near the quality of work I want on my body for life. Im looking to get it covered up at this point or consult with another artist to see what else I can do to clean it up. Read Less

I went to get my tongue pierced. I had never been in a tattoo parlor and I was extremely nervous. When I got there they answered all of the questions I had with great courtesy, showed me all of their certifications, pulled out a book of piercings to show me things they have done, and overall where extremely nice.
