I was really excited to work with Tony Wise, unfortunately he failed to respond to any of my emails before our appointment. I cancelled because of this and never received my $52 deposit back. I have emailed him several times about getting my money back since with no answer. Now I have to deal with a lawyer when all I wanted was a new tattoo. I went with my daughter when she got her first tattoo 2 years ago, and again today for her 2nd. Extremely clean, well-run business. Very impressed with everything here. She's only had Susanna do her tattooing, and she is amazing. Everyone else there have also been nothing but professional, friendly, and amazing artists in their own right. I’m visiting here in Michigan and I had to leave my piercing cleaning solution at home cause it was over the fluid ounce limit for a carry on and while looking for it, even though the shop didn’t carry it, the woman (me who I failed to get her name) was very nice and provided me some helpful information! I have to say that that old spooky, unwanted feeling leaves you if you contact the ladies of Eternal Tattoo upon your visit. They may seem distracted if they r busy but that's natural. They both have a desire 2 have u get what info or other that u came there 4. Clean, bright, very clean bathroom, concern for your sensitivity such as; I saw a gal that was nervous and felt queezy.
