I know how to take care of tattoos but because of a medication sometimes it takes to long to heal this only happened with one and he was more than understanding to fill in spots ink came out. Myself and 2 friends went to get tattoos and we had a great experience as soon as we walked in the door. Bull greeted us, introduced himself and shook all of our hands while inquiring about we wanted to get. The shop is very clean! Bull and Jimmie do amazing work and want the tattoo to be perfect! I have heard of the deith piercing for migraines for a while but was reluctant to get one due to the mixed reviews. But I had 2 migraines​ in an 10 day period and one was brewing again for about a week. I'm allergic to caffeine so you can just imagine the pain I was in. I decided on a whim to get the piercing, I went to 2 shops prior to this one, I was actually sent here by the parent company in Dearborn.  I picked the shape of earring, I picked the color accents and I jumped when he pierced me (lol) not intended of course, it did hurt but not as much as my nose ring(sheesh). Nonetheless, the pain was extremely brief and my migraine was GONE, LITERALLY FROM A 10 TO A 2 IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS! I cried when I realized I was pain free, for years I went through this agonizing pain for years and it was a simple damn piercing that took my pain away. Being the owner I thought I'd review us and respond to some of these ridiculous people on here. Not individually but just over all. Maybe go over some tattoo etiquette. We TRY our hardest to please everyone, but in reality, that's impossible. Their are those out there that just can't be pleased. Those who have no idea what they want and think it's perfectly OK to run an artist through the wringer with changes and tweaks and overhauls. Those who think they are owed a tattoo. T...hose who try to date your piercer, get rejected, and then go write a bad review on the shop. The list goes on and on. So please, when you read a review, know that 90% of the time there is a back story that will never be brought to light. They won't tell you they were a total pain in the ass and their deposit was GLADLY returned!!! Look, we're not perfect. But in my 17 years of being an owner, I have done my best to bring quality people on board. I cannot watch them 24 hours a day and sometimes people have bad days and a customer may not get the smile they feel they deserve after the 9th time they've changed their mind thus altering their drawing completely. So please, come in, see for yourself. Have your own experience. 80% of our reviews are 5's, So we must be doing something right. Let me add that this stands true for most businesses. Most negative reviews are usually a very 2 sided story of what truly happened. And on the flip side of that, most good reviews are from family and friends. Moral of the story, get off your phone or computer and go have some experiences for yourself. Each story at the shop or at any business starts with you showing up, and what you bring to the table will dictate a lot. The process was fast and smoothie from walking in with an idea to Lynsey sketching it up and adding her own touch to the whole thing with small details that made me very happy. Extremely rude. I walked in today wanting to get a tattoo done, I was just doing a walk in and expected to wait which is no problem at all. I walked in and everyone just ignored me, one even looked up and smiled then back at his phone. Once i finally got asked what I need and I told him. He said " I have no time for that today" and not another word. Not a thank you for coming in or come back so and so day. Nothing. I came in after reading good reviews but now I will not be back. I had a cover up done by the owner Bull and it is amazing! You would never know that I had a previous tattoo. He was quick but very thorough and he's a perfectionist so the work was amazing! He's hilarious so that made the process more tolerable and he's not super heavy handed so I was able to tolerate the pain a lot better than with my first tattoo. He's very knowledgeable and has over 20 years experience and it shows in his work. I honestly can say he does some of the best tattoo work that I've ever seen. I'm very picky so I did a quality check before getting my tattoo and I must say, Bull is legit! Worth every penny and then some! I'm so looking forward to getting my next tattoo. The girl at the counter was awesome; she gave me time to figure out what I wanted, gave me a fair price, and was legit - she even turned away a mom who brought her 12 year old in to get her belly button pierced (....).Russ did my tattoo and he was awesome. He took his time, but finished the entire thing in ten minutes. He knew I was nervous, knew it was my first, and was up front with me about how bad it was going to hurt. He talked to me the entire time and was patient. The actual work was awesome too - it still looks brand new three years later and I get nothing but compliments on it.
