Super disappointed in the experience here. My boyfriend got a half sleeve done by Kat, the line work was sloppy and shading was uneven. Could have gotten over that and had her fix the mistakes but she didn’t return messages or calls that he made to schedule a touch up. Ive been to this location multiple times for tattoos and piercings, and Ive never had any problems. Tonight I called ahead to make sure someone could get me in for a tattoo. I walk in and I explain what I want. Right from the get go I got the feeling of being talked out of what I want. I even think I saw an eye roll from Austin. He goes back and draws up an idea. He brings it to me. I try to explain its too detailed and i wanted it tweeked. He started giving me a hard time about what I was asking for. If its my body and my money and I want a mountian to look like a triangle, just do it. I walked out and have never felt so put down and made to feel stupid by an artis before. My belly Piercing was 135 dollars! They quoted me $65. This is my 2nd time getting that pierced, the first time was less than half, it was great. However, I went to a different tattoo parlor my 1st time around. I Will never go to American Pride again or recommend it to anyone. They over charge. Read Less

Stopped in today and got both my ear lobes done and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this place, Kat hooked me up and she’s so knowledgeable. Good prices but the unprofessional employee we felt with made the experience quite disappointing. The piercing area became infected and later fell out. The tattoo artist offered my wife a free tattoo for a relationship. The owner was made aware of the situation and the employee still works at the parlor. Not the way any business should be operated. He is by far one of the most talented and most professional artist I know and always leaves me speechless. He does a great job at making sure your comfortable and reassuring you that you can bare threw the pain, even if it's a five hour tattoo. Austin is a goofball, but like I said very professional. Expect your stomach to hurt more from laughing... the entire time then the tattoo itself. I just recently got my 7th tattoo and I've received endless amounts of complements on all of them. I've been going to this shop for awhile now, since the first day I've walk in there they made me feel comfortable. Everyone there is very professional about everything. I didn't really know what I wanted the first time and everyone was so helpful, specially Katrina oke. She had all these drawing an ideas showing me what works an what won't look good on me. Do NOT go here and give this sad excuse for a "locally owned" tattoo shop your business. We can start off by saying this would not have been my first tattoo so it's not like I'm giving them a bad review just to be rude or because I don't know how the tattoo world works. First of all, I called the shop to ask what their minimum is (which they quoted me over the phone of $70) only to get there and have them tell me how easy the tattoo would be, how it would take all of 2 minutes to do but would be $80. Not only were there 3 artists just sitting around playing on their phones but, when I walked in the woman behind the counter was beyond rude with me and had the audacity to tell me on the way out "good luck finding somewhere else to go get it done for less" because I was not pleased with their change in mind on the price. Now get this part, (to the rude woman behind the counter who I am more than thankful did not do my tattoo) I found multiple shops close to town whose prices were better than yours and they were also much more polite. It's sad that a tattoo shop with multiple artists sitting around not making any money would allow a customer to be spoken to and treated that way but also for "business and money to be made" just walk out the door. I've had tattoos done by American Pride in the past and will promise them this, you will never receive business or a recommendation to anyone from me. No wonder your parking lot is never full (let alone busy) and thank you for being so rude because the best thing that happened to me today was NOT getting tattooed by someone from your shop. DO NOT GO HERE!!! SPEND THE FEW EXTRA DOLLARS IN GAS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Read Less
