Brad Burch is the owner/tattoo artist, Mike Helias is our other amazing tattoo artist, as our piercer, we have Dan Pratt, and we recently added a new member, our apprentice, Ashley. My boyfriend got a tattoo by Mike, which was excellent. He also got an old tattoo re-done with different names. He went in for a touch up on them only to see the name was spelt wrong! It obviously wasn't that name before and he didn't even confirm the name. Now my boyfriend has some random name that is not his son's :(

Not too happy. I had called with some questions about piercings before hand, and spoke directly to the piercer. I told him my friend and I planned on coming in that evening, and he said great and answered my questions. Well, an hour and a half later when we arrived (only 7:30ish), the piercer had left! What a waste of time and gas. I just feel like it wouldn't have been all that difficult for him to tell me that he would be leaving early. I suppose I will have to find a more reliable place; back to good ol' Claire's in the mall I guess.

It obviously wasn't that name before and he didn't even confirm the name. Now my boyfriend has some random name that is not his son's :(

Not too happy. I had called with some questions about piercings before hand, and spoke directly to the piercer. I told him my friend and I planned on coming in that evening, and he said great and answered my questions. Well, an hour and a half later when we arrived (only 7:30ish), the piercer had left! What a waste of time and gas. I just feel like it wouldn't have been all that difficult for him to tell me that he would be leaving early. I suppose I will have to find a more reliable place; back to good ol' Claire's in the mall I guess.
