I've heard good things about the tattoo area in Creation Station, and I've always wanted a tattoo from Bert. But I'm never going for piercings ever again. I got my navel pierced yesterday and when I stood up, Kelly marked it right. After I got it pierced, I sat in the car and looked at it. It's more to the left than it is towards the middle. It makes me very angry because I could've just went somewhere else and got it done right. The no-refund they have at Creation Station is basically just a trap for getting everything pierced wrong. She did this to my sister long ago as well for an industrial.

Just had to have my triple forward helix removed by another piercer after having it done for two months. The jewelry was incorrect for the piercing and way too big for my ear, causing the holes to form big bumps around the jewelry. The gem on one also was the same size as the bar itself, causing it to pull inside my ear when the jewelry moved. My new piercer says the bumps should shrink down since I caught them early though. This was my first experience in Newaygo and I definitely won't be back.

I'm purely reviewing my piercing experience here. I know that Bert is a great tattoo artist and I'm sure the others are as well, but over this past Summer I came in and got a septum piercing done by Kelly and wanted to cry when I left. I had my septum done when I was a lot younger and it barely hurt at all, but it closed up over time so I came to Kelly to get it re pierced. She pierced it on the wrong area so it hurt like hell and then stepped back and said, "im not confident on how straight that is" I had already paid and was so unhappy. She didn't offer a refund and it hurt so bad that I had to take it out the next day because it was so sore. I got it redone yesterday at a place in Muskegon and I can't even feel it. That's how it's supposed to be. Never again will I come here for a piercing. I still feel like I'm owed a refund.

I went in to get an industrial piercing and it was a very easy process. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly my piercing turned out looking great!

I've heard good things about the tattoo area in Creation Station, and I've always wanted a tattoo from Bert. But I'm never going for piercings ever again.
