Very friendly & great artists!!! Travis has done 2 of my tats in the last couple of months & I loved them!!!! :). My hubby was just in there today & had Bob do his. It was a half sleeve memorial tat of rose buds for the 2 babies that we lost & an open blooming rose for our grown daughter. It turned out beatifully! He was very happy with it! Customer service is a bit lacking and very unprofessional. However, after a discussion of the situation and an apology, plus 2 quality tattoos, my experience was pretty pleasant. Need to work on scheduling and not pushing people out of their appointments, especially without notifying them until they come in.Read Less
