I love City Roots Tattoo Gallery! Tom is amazing and took the time to help design and take me through the process of my first tattoo. It’s a bonus to find such an experienced artist in our own small town Michigan- he’s been nearly everywhere and can do any style. Great company and comfortable environment. Also very knowledgeable on after care.

We had gone to different shop for a "special they were doing. We waited & waited at the other place. No one even acknowledged us (not even a "Hi"),we left. By chance we decided to stop at City Roots and boy what a difference. The place is super clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, very talented and professional tattooers. We love it here and have gone back several times (with more planned). :)

I have gotten ALL 10+ of my tattoos done at City Roots by Tom. All his work is amazing and I would never go any where else for a tattoo. I can walk into that shop any day and be welcomed like family! My first few tattoos I had to take multiple breaks because my pain tolerance was so low, Tom let me take as many breaks and I wanted, as long as I wanted and never rushed me once, always made sure I was okay and felt comfortable. Like I said before, This an amazing tattoo shop, I would never get tatted anywhere other than City Roots.

Last weekend I went to City Roots for the first time and got some words tattooed on me by Tom. He was very professional and the shop was very clean looking. It was a nice, relaxing environment. All the other customers looked very happy. My tattoo didnt take much time at all. It looks fantastic and is healing up really nicely. I am very happy with the shop and with Tom, and I will definitely be going back!

Last weekend I went to City Roots for the first time and got some words tattooed on me by Tom. He was very professional and the shop was very clean looking. It was a nice, relaxing environment. Everyone seems really nice, but I have tried to schedule a appointment 3 different times. Each time they ask me to show them what I want and they ask for my phone number so they can call me when they are finshed drawing up the tattoo and nothing ever comes of it even when I call back to follow up. Like i said everyone seems cool but there is no structure to there appointment setting.

Got an american traditional tattoo with script, love the colors and design, I get lots of compliments on it. Friendly guys, talented work, highly recommend. Plus the shop I went to was in Milford, which is a cute town anyway. Get a tattoo and then go hang out somewhere, or vice versa.
