Alpha & Omega ink is a great local business! It's very clean and all the people that work there have been awesome. My 5 year old had her ears pierced here and they did a great job. They healed fast and look top notch. My 16 years old had her belly button pierced and it was a great experience all around. Hunter helped us with jewelry today. When I went to Alpha Omega inc tonight for my 1st time ever to ask about a tattoo I want that is very dear to me,( my daughters footprints, she died in 2010), Tim treated me so kind and sweet. He helped me to figure out where to put her tiny feet, name, and birthdate. He also helped me to pick out a new belly ring. And I'm picky so it took a while before I could make up my mind. But I ended up with the best one and left a very happy customer. All of the employees actually walked outside with my friend and I as we left, making sure we were satisfied and telling us they would see us at our appointments. I stopped in at Alpha & Omega ink today to get my dermal tops removed and replaced with some new ones. I've had them for 4 years now and only changed them once before. I couldn't remove them myself despite my best painful efforts. A body piercer called Noize helped me and did a great job. He was informative, and professional, and got my tops off effortlessly. No pain, no problems. The shop was immaculately clean, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I will be going to Alpha & Omega ink instead of the mall to get my 2 year old daughter's ears pierced for the first time for sure!
