I've had multiple piercings done here and my experiences have been good. This visit, I went in to have the jewellery changed in my daith. The woman in the front wasn't exactly keen on the idea, and doubted they would do it, because it wasn't their jewellery. The piercer Brooke, however, was far more polite and charged me $5. Brook is fantastic. She's done a dermal on me, and I really recommend her to anyone. I tipped her $5, because I believe in tipping excellent service. I read all the great reviews about this place, so I decided to take my step son and wife there to get a tattoo. Along with myself. But the girl at the counter had no interest in showing us sample. I have been going to eternal for years. Would never go anywhere else! The staff is great, very clean and sterile work environment. I have had several piercings done by Brooke. She is my go to person for piercings. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and always gives me information and feedback on placement of piercings and other ideas. This shop is amazing. Piercers always know what they are doing I have been pierced by many of them on multiple occasions for many years and have never had a bad experience. The shop holds a high expectation of their piercers and they never disappoint! Always a professional, clean, and comfortable enviorment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable on body modifications. It is a tad pricey compared to other shops in the area but I would gladly pay their prices and come out with a awesome piercing. Never had good experiences anywhere other than eternal! Read Less

I've always gone to the piercing shop, I've been going there for about 10 years. I just got my first tattoo and OF COURSE I went with Eternal. That's where my dad went, where most people I know went and I've personally had great experiences getting all my piercings. Had my first Tat done 5/27 along with my daughter & niece of whom were getting their firsts done as well. TJ was our Artist and all 3 of us can't say enough of our first experience. TJ was awesome!!! My sister, aunt, and myself all had tatoos in memory of my father done a year ago and weren't completely happy with them. We saw kevin today to fix them. Went in for a belly button piercing, when I called ahead I was told it would be a 2 hour wait because there were 19 piercings ahead of me. I wasn't thrilled by this but since I had nothing else to do that day I figured, why not? I ended up waiting 5 hours before I left angrily without the piercing! The receptionist was extremely rude when you asked hee any questions! The "starter" jewelry all look dull and cheap, I was told I could not use a normal sized ring because my belly button was small. I took my money elsewhere, got a piercing within 10 minutes and normal sized ring which I'm happy with. I would recommend that NO ONE go there for piercings! Read Less

I went to Eternal to get my tattoo and walked out very happy with the result. All three of my tattoos have been done at Eternal, all 3 by different artists. This time was Dave Haze's turn. I walked in on a Saturday and was greeted by the receptionist and Dave. I told Dave that I was looking to get my daughters name tattooed on my leg and wanted to incorporate a few things that were really important to me in the tattoo. I have been thinking about this tattoo for a long time and wasnt going to just settle for anything. Dave set me up for an appointment the following day. I was a little concerned that Dave wasnt going to be able to get my idea in my head on to paper. Well I was floored the next day when Dave Haze was able to put together a tattoo that I was instantly excited about. He included everything I asked him to. As for the business side of things, very pleasant and clean atmosphere. And for the price of the tattoo, he charged me the exact amount I thought I would be charged right when I saw the sketch. If you want a tattoo out of a book, fine, this guy is for you. If you want original work, that he must draw up, and it is not something he can copy and say he drew ""for you"" DO NOT LET HIM BE YOUR ARTIST!! He will keep putting off doing your work, until YOU finally tell him that you will go somewhere else and then HE has the nerve to get mad at YOU!!!
