I got a tattoo from this shop. Showed the image I wanted tattooed and was told I would get that. After being completed it didn't even look remotely close to what I wanted. I was so unhappy when I got home and reached out to someone on there Facebook page for either a refund or new session of what it was supposed to be and denied. I was just talking to another shops manager and was informed that it shouldn't have been handled that way since I paid for something I didn't ask for. After a mishap with one of the artists there, I was left with a pretty bad tattoo. I left a negative review, which prompted Bill and Chelsea to contact me. Bill did an amazing job fixing what I didn't like with the old tattoo and left it looking way better than what I originally wanted. He was patient with me and took my input seriously.
