I have searched for years for an artist I felt comfortable with, a place that is extremely clean, professional and friendly and Expressions has all of this and more. Total family atmosphere. Chinos tattoo skills are fantastic. I love his beautiful line work, and ability to capture exactly the image i am looking for. Extremely reasonably priced. I am on my 5th tattoo with Chino and will be getting more. Shelly has been awesome with working with me for multiple appointments for proper healing in between.
