So I have been going to Southpointe now for about 2 years and I have had work from almost all of the previous staff over the years, both peircings and tattoos. I have also brought all my friends here for peircings and tattoos. I love this shop and their staff. Paul Ramos is probably my all time favorite artist there! He deserves straight 6 out of 5 stars for literally every aspect possible! He has always made me feel welcome in the shop no matter why I am in! He did a beauti...ful water color on my foot and ankle and unfortunately the color backed right out of it during healing. I message Ramos and he instantly got back to me, and told me he would touch it up with no cost as soon as it was healed. My schedule was super aweful and I couldn't make it in, so he let me set up a special time on a Sunday to do the touchup. He spent 3 hours of his personal time in the shop to touch up my water color free of charge. He just goes above and beyond for his customers! I have tattoos from numerous other artists from across the US and I go to reputable shops, Paul had got to be the best artist as far as costumer interface goes! Not to mention he does some sick work!
