At 1235 dude is in the doorway smoking. 1249 sat sat down being told you’re next. Wasn’t seen until well after 1 for a piercing where an appointment was made. Not a good place to do business. I walk up to the shop and the owner is right in the entrance doorway smoking and looks high as a kite, his eyes were blood shot. The owner is also a lier and has no customer service skills!! As the customer you'd think he'd treat you a little better especially if he messed up. My happiness as the customer should be his number one goal but its definitely not a concern at all to him. Hes a fast talker trying to make a quick free buck and tried talking his way around his lie but that dont work with me. I could tell this type of stuff happens allot or often because he had his entire speu rehearsed about how everything is my fault and hes legally covered. Randomly went here for nipple piercing with a friend and it was an amazing experience. Very clean shop! Steve O did the piercings and was extremely respectful, friendly and hilarious. I stopped into the shop at around 8pm last night to inquire about the pricing of a naval piercing, since I thought mine had closed due to some scar tissue remaining in my belly button. Steve quickly ushered me into the back, saying we might be able to save me some money by seeing if we could taper it open. Sure enough, we were able to open it up with no problem and no pain!Because there was no charge, I decided to get my daith done on the spot. Steve was extremely informative about the different kinds of jewelry I could put in my daith and he also gave his opinion on what would look best, which I valued a lot. He was very patient with all the questions I asked, and when I wanted to see how the gems looked in each type of jewelry, he affixed them without hesitation, even though sometimes it took a little work!When it was time to poke me, he explained the entire process beforehand and gave me some basic tips to relax, like keep breathing, and to take a deep breath and then let it out during the piercing. He continually asked if I was doing alright and did not feel comfortable letting me leave the shop until he was sure I felt fine! (I occasionally faint from piercings/tattoos). I would avoid giving this place any of your business at all costs!!! I remember the owner, Brett, from years ago when he used to work at Off the Wall. He gave my sister and I the WORST tattoos of our lives. While it is our fault for giving the go ahead on the awful artwork that he drew up, it is not our fault that he used the incorrectly sized needle or cheap ink that faded so badly that we were left with nothing at all in some spots. And that is after we followed the proper after care procedures. Not knowing this owner was the same guy who did the terrible work on us the first time, my sister went in to scout it out and get a consultation for a cover up. The guy who helped her (when someone FINALLY did help her) was rude and never followed up when she contacted him. Once we put two and two together, boy were we glad we didn't go here.Just because these artists may be "good" for Holland, Mi, doesn't mean they are good compared to the rest of the artists of the world.
