the girls here are super nice and the eyebrow threading is super affordable. I have been getting my brows waxed for literally YEARS!!!! Well me being very very picky with my brows I decided to check them out, and my god was it life changing!! Staff extremely friendly I am a regular customer but as of now I'll take my business elsewhere. My eyelashes were already done but wanted them fixed because the edges are falling off. I came in at 5:50pm today she offered to do my eyebrows which I didn't need done but refused to fix my lashes. Mall closes at 6pm not 5:50. Keep in mind I drove twenty minutes to get them done at this specific place! Read Less

I have been going here for a year, minus a few months but the young lady that would always do my eyebrows and eyelashes would always do a fantastic job, as my last extension is would last 2+ weeks. Well, 2 weeks ago I left there feeling a little different about my lashes. Turns out she set the lashes on different than she ever had before; instead of at the base, they were right on my lashes. Well, a few days later, the false lashes started to come out, along with 11 of my natural lashes on one eye! I don't know what to do, and am praying that they grow back. I wish she hadn't of switched how she lays the lashes, because I lost several of my natural lashes which has never happened before and I feel this is the cause. There is literally no other explanation and now I feel I can not trust her. I wish I could remember her name. It would be good for the public to know who did this. Read Less

I've been very happy with my brows every time I've come here, which has been almost every other week for the past year or so. I had been afraid to give threading a try but was very pleased with the experience. It was quick and the lady made me feel at ease. It was a little painful but not worse than waxing, and I am super happy with the results. It's a great, affordable and nontoxic option. Read Less

Not great. The ladies do a nice job of threading eyebrows but I will never do lashes there again. The employee did not wash her hands nor use sanitizer on the tweezers that she'd used to place lashes with. I won't go there again. Read Less

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and I came out with a little cut on my brow bone. I asked for makeup remover so I can take my eyeshadow/eyeliner off because it got ruined during the threading process and she gave me something else and it burned my eyes. She then filled in my eyebrows which I did not request for and she made them look jet black. Maybe if there wasn't any misunderstandings I would've had a better experience. Read Less

All staff are welcoming and do an amazing job with eyebrow threading! They'll be patient and always ask if you're in too much pain and need a break. They will listen to you tell them whatever you want fixed and will do it spot on each time! This is the only place I trust to thread my brows because they are so awesome! Read Less

I have gone here about 8-10 times in the past with AMAZING experiences everytime. But yesterday, the girl with curly hair was really rough and going super fast, usually after it stings just a tiny bit but all night my eyes were on FIRE!!!! I woke up this morning to about 20 red dots under my eyebrows where the skin had been plucked off. I have gone here for the past few months to get my eyebrows done (8-10 times) and always loved my services. But for some reason when I went yesterday, the girl with curly hair was really rude and hurt my face really bad, I thought maybe it was just because I hadn't had them done in 2 weeks but I woke up this morning with my eye brows on FIRE and I looked in the mirror and there are about 20 little dots under my eyebrows where she plucked the skin off.
