I had a really good experience here! Ambrosia did a wonderful job on my tattoo. She did a great of replicating the piece I wanted but also putting her own spin to it that was suitable to the position I wanted the tattoo to be at. She’s really funny and entertaining. The people at the shop are friendly and the place is professional. Very good price for the tattoo. Best deal I got for the size tattoo and everything. All I know is sarah can't tattoo whatsoever. I got ;IGY6 on my wrist. It's a disaster. No way in hell im going back to her for a touchup. I'd rather pay someone that know what they're doing and have it redone. She literally couldn't tattoo a 6. Read Less

Got a cover up tatoo which turned out great. Was told that first touch up is free, was never given a time frame. Went in today to make appt for touch up and was told that was only first 90days. Would have been nice to know that at first. Have had 3 tats done there and now they want to charge me 50.00 to get it fixed??? Guess will be taking business elsewhere now. Complete shame Read Less

Sara and Boris are amazing. They did an incredible job, the guy who initially did my tattoo is no longer there. But Sara worked with me and she did a great job with the touch up. I made a last minute appointment with Sarah today to get a memorial tattoo for my little sister. The design was simple but ever so important for me. Sarah was amazing, super caring and very concerned with making sure I received the tattoo I wanted. The shop was super clean and full of wonderful artists. Very disappointed. My cousin and I waited over 6 weeks for a promised mock-up of a small matching tattoo. Unfortunately, a week out from my trip from WA to MI we learn it is not even started, and the artist has decided not to do it after all. My regular artist in my hometown is very professional and delivers sketches on schedule and does not cancel at the last minute. Makes me sad my cousin is not flying here instead. Giving a one star review because the art I see is good, but the professionalism and customer service is not at all what I'm used to dealing with. Read Less

This was my first tattoo. So I was really nervous. The moment I walked in, the guy at the counter was really informative and walked me through how the process worked. He paired me with a really nice lady. She made me feel really comfortable and told me she was on my time. So I could take a break whenever I needed one. They got really busy while I was there, but I was never ignored. It was quite the opposite. Everyone in the tattoo area were talking with each other and one of the Artists had us laughing like crazy.
