Came in on Sunday (June 25th) with a friend to get our labrets done. We came in as walk ins, and there were two people ahead of us that wanted tattoos. We ended up getting pierced before their tattoos, which seemed nice of him (piercer) because nobody enjoys to have to wait a long time. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped us but thinking about it now, I'm not sure he ever even told us. He pierced my friend first, and talked to him a little bit but not a wh...ole lot. Once it was my turn he'd hardly look at me and didn't say a word. Nothing was explained, there weren't any choices in jewelry style, and on top of being ignored my favorite part was the fact that the piercer kept the clamp, needle, jewelry etc on the counter to the left and slightly behind him, so he had to keep reaching and leaning over far every time he needed something. The whole thing just seemed kind of rude and unprofessional, like we were a rush job he had to do to get us out so he could focus on the tattoos he snuck us in front of instead. My labret piercing has been really swollen since I got it (which yes, I understand is normal and I'm not saying is the employee's fault) and the jewelry doesn't feel long enough especially since ten minutes after I got it, the jewelry backing started sinking into my lip (which I'd have known wasn't normal had this not been my first lip piercing or if the employee had maybe like, explained anything) but I'll just go somewhere else and pay them to fix it because I really don't feel like going back. *update* While I am still unhappy with the experience, the piercer was kind enough to contact me and own up to his mistake. He was extremely apologetic and took the entire fault of the situation. Edit: I regret to say that I originally felt like I had a five star experience here, but a few da...ys later, after a lot of pain and confusion, I need to change my review. I got multiple cartilage piercings here at the beginning of the week (which is a lot, but I was aware of the endeavor I was getting into having been pierced many times before), and the experience seemed alright. I had excruciating pain in the couch piercings I received, and was worried that the CBRs I requested for my conches were too tight. I went back to the piercer to make sure that the rings were giving enough room for my ear to swell. He said they were fine. Two days later, the pain was still excruciating and I was starting to worry that it wasn't just the trauma from the multiple piercings. I sought a second opinion from another local piercer to calm my suspicions. Lo and behold, the second piercer was horrified by how small the rings were. Like, there was no way they ever would have been big enough. Luckily, the second piercer was very skilled and fixed everything right up, and at cost, for the new jewelry. My ear feels a millions times better now. I wish things would have gone better at this shop, as I overall enjoyed my time while I was there. * * * Had an excellent piercing experience here today. I went in for multiple piercings, and dude was fun, but still professional. He was thorough and pre-cautious and changed his gloves multiple times. When I needed to take a break between piercings, he sent his apprentice out to grab me a Coke from the store because I asked if he had anything sweet to help me bounce back a bit. Mark did my tattoo and it turned out amazing. All the people are super nice and it's a very clean place. The prices are reasonable and they take pride in what they do. The whole experience was great! The shop was a super chill environment and Dylan was really nice and funny. She also did a great job piercing my navel yesterday, it's straight and feels good and the jewelry we picked out for it is very pretty, as is the jewelry we picked put for my previously pierced tongue. My cousin got their ear pierced with me by Dylan as well, and they also had a great experience and are super happy with their piercing. Also everything was really affordable! I'm glad we came. Got a piercing there Friday and today I went to the doctor because it was super infected. The doctor said that there was no way that the piercing should have been this bad if it wasn't sanitized correctly. Now I'm on some strong antibiotics and pain medication. The dude who did it was nice, but the infection is not. Read Less

I got a helix piercing here, Friday, and today I went to the doctor because it was super infected. I cleaned it 3 times a day, the doctor said that there would have been no way for it to have gotten this bad if it wasn't sanitized before the piercing. Even my limp nodes are swollen. Now I'm on some super strong antibiotics and pain medicine. I just hope that I can keep the piercing and not have any lasting damage to my ear. Read Less

Dylan is amazing <3. She did my septum, navel and re-pierced one of my nipples in one visit, took the extra time and care to make sure both nipple piercings matched, and helped me fix the damage the original piercer had done.
