After reading the positive reviews my wife booked an appointment for her and 5 friends and family members to get a tattoo. When they arrived at the appointed time they were told by the tattoo artist that he was working on a big tattoo and didn't have time for them. I got my industrial pierced here in july. It was fine for the first few hours. Went to my sisters house that night and it bled a litte, i thought it was normal so we cleaned the blood off of it and left it alone. Then a few days after that i woke up with blood crusted all around it and blood on my pillow. So we had to clean my ear, once again, and i was using the h20cean that he reccommended. I ran out of it after a week, not being able to spend $10 a week on that stuff i decided to do sea salt soaks, well a few weeks in, i was getting gross bumps on it, it hurt, the bar was to long for my ear so it wasnt able to heal properly cause it was snagging on my hair, my clothes. He pierced it wrong, he pierced it through my lower conch. He didnt tell me what gauge it was or anything so i couldnt switch it to a different bar. I went to another piercer and he told me the best thing i could do was take it out and get it re pierced by a better piercer who actually knows what hes doing. So i ended up taking it out a few weeks ago and my ear has felt better since. I dont reccomend going here for piercings. Read Less

About 6 months ago I went here and got my Tragus pierced. And was that a horrible experience. First the person said he's been piercing for so many years, when he is in fact a tattoo artist who was taught how to do piercings. Second, the environment looked kinda sketchy, like I'm not sure I trust they're clean. Thirdly, the piercing and jewelry itself was a horrible job. The jewelry was for sure stainless steel which has nickel in it and I'm allergic to nickel, then the piercing oh was it awful. He didn't it quickly which made the piercing uneven and not straight causing it to get snagged and bumped and bumps to form in the front repetitively. Then let's take about the needle the needle was the correct size for a Tragus which is a 16 gauge, but as for the jewelry besides it being cheap jewelry, it was an 18 gauge size jewelry, which caused my Tragus to bleed badly. The blood went inside my ear and down my ear it was horrible. Oh another thing about the jewelry I had a CBR in my Tragus at the time, and when the piercer was done putting the hoop in the bead fell into my hood which made it so it wasn't sterilized anymore. As far as tattoos here I have no idea what they're like but as far as piercings I wouldn't recommend stainglass tattoo. Read Less

My girlfriend got her tragus pierced here almost 16 weeks ago and had a very bad experience. First of all they have very cheap and inappropriate metal that bonds with your skin while it's healing, which made her ear hurt a lot making her want to take it out and she was going around to other piercers seeing what they recommend, second after they pierced her tragus they didn't tell her how to take care of it or how much to clean it with and the piercer also told her to clean it with something that she shouldn't clean it with, third the piercing was done completely wrong. For her it bled for about 2 or 3 hours and was a huge mess. It went down her ear lobe, into ear and all over her hair. Another thing with the metal, it was so cheap and inappropriate that she was in so much pain until she finally was feed up with it and went someone else to have it changed to high quality medal. Also when the piercer did the piercing everything is suppose to be sterilized, when they went to put the ball on the hoop he dropped it and went in the hood of my girlfriends shirt but continued to put it on still after, remember everything is suppose to be STERILIZED! Another thing being that her ear bled so much they use a bigger needle piercing it than they do with the jewelry going into the piercing which causes it to bleed major like what I stated before because air is able to go into the piercing. Now my girlfriend had it for almost 16 weeks and finally just removed her tragus piercing and retired it, its given her so much trouble. It's caused her pain and nonstop bumps, which is caused since her piercing wasn't done straight and the front of her piercing was poking her skin and her hair would easily get caught, but this gave her so much stress and seeing her go through that I would never recommend someone to go here and get a piercing, do your research, and call the piercer for information before going and getting a piercing, no one ever need to deal with that. Now I myself or my girlfriend have never gotten a tattoo here and we've read good reviews so I assume there's no problems with that, but their piercings definitely need more work and definitely should change their metal to something high quality if they're gonna make you pay so much.
