I've been talking to trevor for weeks about a tattoo i've wanted for a couple of years now. I sent him four different reference photos and told him exactly what i wanted from each photo. He took everything i said and made a design i instantly fell in love with. It was everything i wanted and more. Then my schedule got moved around and he took the extra step to tell me how his walk in days worked. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly the way i wanted it. Went in on one of Trevor's walk-in days with a general idea of the tattoo I wanted. After speaking with him, he was willing to draw something up for me, which is super cool considering the short notice. Jenn is an amazing artist! I met with her a few months ago. All I had was a thought and a button from my mothers favorite dress. The tattoo she created for me is beyond amazing. The butterfly that she tattooed on my chest is so realistic, I swear it can fly! The flowers on my shoulder are breathtaking! I am so happy with my tattoo! I was just in and John Goulette pierced my forward helix for me and he was awesome! He made me feel super comfortable and the piercing is healing super fast than my others I got done elsewhere. The tattoo artist is the same person that does the piercings, so if he is busy with a tattoo, you have to wait. The receptionist wouldn't save a time slot even when we told her what time we would be there, nor would she get the tattooist to do the piercing while the tattoo customer was picking out a piece of flash for the tattoo. We ended up wasting 4 hours of our time waiting for the piercing (fortunately we were able to wander around the mall) and finally went to another shop in the area that had a dedicated (and educated) piercer. Jonathon who does the piercings is awesome! I went in to get a dermal removed and he treated me very professionally and nice. He wasn't pushy or rude when I had to have him stop because I was gonna pass out from me working myself up. There was no blood and I didn't even realize he had taken it out. This shop is great! Sometimes a tattoo shop can be intimidating, maybe your not sure what you want or don't know the lingo. Sarenity creates a inviting atmosphere with no egos or attitudes, just a bunch of cool people interested in art,tattooing and piercing. The shop is spotless clean and obviously they care a lot about their reputation. I've walked in to shops before and was like" no thanks" cause it seemed dirty and the people there act like they are too cool to be approachable and nice.
