Me and my daughters went today to get matching tattoos.The new store in Flint is great,it's huge,clean and very comfortable. The staff is also great!! They're very warm and inviting,very informative and overall good people.Frank was our artist,and THAT he is!! He does amazing work and has a great bedside manner so to speak. This place is much more expensive than others. I was quoted 40 to 45 dollars from every other salon. Electric chair wanted 80. We had to wait a long time, when we were the only people in the salon. Artists standing around doing nothing. When the artist finally started speaking to us, he was very rude. Will never recommend them. Read Less

I have gotten my tattoo work from Chad at the Clio location so when I was in Flint and wanted to get a piercing I headed right to the Flint location since I was in town. Was not disappointed. Twice with Johnny 5, and three times with Frank. I had an appointment with Frank recently and he's just the best. Very personable, friendly service, and he does great work. He isn't rough when he tattoos, and definitely works with you and planning out the best design and fitting the flow of your body for the piece. Very professional, and fair with prices. And he seems to really enjoy his work. I'll be coming back in a few weeks to get another tattoo done by him, and touching up my other ones. About 3 weeks ago i paid for me and my sister to get matching tattoos. At first they looked good then as they healed they just looked horrible. I did make an appointment it wasnt just a walk in. I didnt have a preference of who did it. I thought they were all good artists. Part of the heart looks super smudged i was told that he went too deep with the needle, the color is already coming out. Everyone who has seen it says it looks like something i have had for years and it hasnt even been a month. Im very unhappy with it. I think they were overpriced to begin with but i paid anyways now looking at it, it was just a big waste of money. The shop is very clean and has a plethora of eye catching work displayed through out the shop. The people were very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The jewelry is gorgeous and I love my third ear piercings and my Forward helix. The wait was somewhat long though. I was there for about 1 hour for 3 piercings. It also was very expensive, it costed $205 total yet their triple forward helix which is also 3 piercings costed only $135. Definitely pricey. Read Less

I have never had a bad thing to say about it. It's always been very clean and very nice people. I've gotten almost all of my piercings here. They're a little pricey but deff worth it to get quality staff and jewelry. I also got my first tattoo done today and they were wonderful. Cody was very nice and did not seem to annoyed by my complaining about pain. He was very funny as well and the tattoo turned out amazing!! Only thing that irritated me was the wait for a piercing when no one was ahead of me but only had this issue once and Adam does a great job very thorough and he's very nice. I've read a couple negative reviews, so I will gladly post this here. I experienced great service and great, extremely friendly people. I love my navel piercing and it is spot on! I do not necessarily have a flat stomach therefore piercing a navel on someone of this body type and making sure the piercing is straight can be a difficult task. My piercing was done with ease, (no pain at all!) and I am one happy woman! I would like to comment to anyone who reads reviews first bef...ore deciding which tattoo shop to choose, whether for a body piercing or permanent tattoo, it is always up to you to make sure of the price before choosing that shop. It seems quite ignorant to be upset over a price that you should have made sure of before getting a piercing. I walked in on a Monday, hearing of there reputation around town I had to stop and check it out. (I had visited three shops that day) I was explaining to the front desk gentleman exactly what I wanted when an artist stepped out and said he thought he would be up for the task. I took a look at Justin's work and was blown away - booked an appointment for Wed at 3:00. When I walked in he was about ready for me and we got to work. He didn't talk a whole lot, which some people might care about, but I had my boyfriend with me who helped a lot. He was fast - able to get this HUGE piece on me in 5 hours and He charged me $100 an hour which I thought was fair. The finishing product was amazing - I'm still blown away.
