The whole facility is very accommodating and patient. I just got an over the top amazing skin care line, for acne, for significantly below what I was recently paying for Rodan and Fields products. I went because of a rash, we talked about the possibility of a reaction to a new drug I started. They said they would check on the medication, but took a biopsy and made an appointment in 2 weeks. I stopped the new med and it was 90% clear in 2 weeks. They did not believe me because it was totally different people that did not see it 2 weeks ago. They prescribed something and made an appointment in 3 weeks. I called back cancelled the appointment and never used the prescription. My rash is totally gone with zero help from them. Read Less

I was taking my daughter there and happy with how she was being treated so I decided to make an appointment for myself. I was over do for a full body mole check. I show up for the appointment and they take me and my daughter back to a room (she was getting a treatment). The girl asks me what my appointment was for today. I said a full body check. She says "oh it was scheduled wrong, I don't think the dr will have time to do that today because it can take up to an hour". She l...eaves and comes back after a few minutes and says that I would need to reschedule because the dr did not have time for that today. The dr then comes in to see my daughter and apologizes to me and asks me if I have any moles I'm concerned about. I said no not really I just know I should have all of them checked (I have a lot). So she apologizes again for the mix up. My daughter gets her treatment and we leave. Then a week later I get a bill in the mail for my "appointment" for $66! I had a really bad case of acne that needed immediate attention. My first visit to Skin and Vein was not so good. I got a dermatologist that had no full idea of what he was doing, only doing the basics and nothing improved. Until I came back. Although I was sad to see her go, Linda Morrison was an incredible professional and straight to the point doctor that got me on the more serious medication that I needed as soon as she walked in. She guided me through the process and ans...wered any and all questions that me or my parents had and made sure I was full aware of side effects, dangers, what products to use (I still use alot of them to this day!) and how to prepare. Then I got to meet the big boss Mr. Seiger himself. I don't think I've ever had such a great experience meeting such a great man and knowledgeable, kind professional. He took me on upper levels and gave me a bunch of options (some that were experimental that he told me and gave me the choice). He was honest, straightforward, and did whatever he could, even helping us in our financial state. Him and his staff have made an otherwise incredibly uncomfortable and self-conscious experience into one that was actually quite fun in many places.
