Unfortunately they hired some douche named Scott who swindled my boyfriend out of money by not being 100% honest. He never mentioned our deposits were non refundable, Didn’t end up doing the work he said he would, we had trouble contacting the shop multiple times, no one returned our phone calls ever, they told us to come in for our appointment on a day the shop WASNT EVEN OPEN... just very sketchy and honestly the place went downhill since Jake miller and big g left. If you would’ve asked me a year ago, I’d say this place was great; I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone anymore. Except Eric is does amazing work that I’ve seen so I can’t say anything negative about him but I suggest he leaves the place before his reputation is destroyed.

Worst costumer service I have ever seen in a shop. Went in to get a nostril stud for my mom after calling to make sure we could. Got there and they said they couldn't sell us one because the piercer was not in. We were not told this on the phone, so my mother got a little upset and said "let's go". As we were walking out, a guy in the back that was in the middle of tattooing someone decided to yell insults at my mother. Not the first time I've seen the people that work there being overly rude to people for no good reason.

Worst costumer service I have ever seen in a shop. Went in to get a nostril stud for my mom after calling to make sure we could. I only know Matt and Thomas but now that they're both running the shop, anyone they hire will be well reputable. Matts tattoos are clean, high quality, and highly detailed. You could go to joe blows house for $20 or spend some more and get a mind blowing tattoo that WON'T give you Mersa. Thumbs up to this shop and I'll be returning as long as they're there.

Knows his stuff and it shows. Both work hard to keep their shop clean and friendly. These are the guys you wanna go to and I won't go anywhere else

You could go to joe blows house for $20 or spend some more and get a mind blowing tattoo that WON'T give you Mersa. Thumbs up to this shop and I'll be returning as long as they're there.
