I came here for a few piercings and had a great experience! The staff is friendly and the shop is very clean. I got two lobe piercings and a tragus, which I did have some complications with, but the complications were NOT the fault of the shop and they helped me to fix my issues!The first issue I had was my earlobes started to swell after a few days and the stud started to sink into the piercing, which isn't necessarily uncommon. I went back to show them and they switched me to barbells (with longer posts) free of charge and they started to feel better immediately. The second issue I had was that my ear started to reject the tragus piercing after about a month. I was having a lot of pain suddenly, so I went back to the shop again and Jon explained to me what was happening and recommended using bacitracin (I used neosporin) on it to calm the swelling. Luckily this worked perfectly. The pain went down tremendously overnight and after a week my piercing was back to normal.As of right now, all of my piercings are totally normal and I love them, thanks to their help. I would definitely recommend them for piercings. I would also recommend them for tattoos just based on what I've seen.

Dirty, rude and talentless.If that's your thing, enjoy.Apparently Yelp wants a longer review, so I shall expound...Given a choice between getting a prison tattoo and an Evolve tattoo, I would choose the former and rest assured it would be cleaner, more skillfully inked and the disposition of the artist would be much more pleasant.

My friend and I have been going here for many years. Jon has done piercings for us and many tattoos. We both love it here. We never question where we wanna go for our next tattoo planned. We walk in and they always remember us and we always have a great time talking to them while we get our work done. My last tattoo jon did was in a very neat and different spot than normal, the color shading and everything was done so well everytime someone asks me about it I never hesitate to tell them where I got it!

Jon did a cover up for me yesterday and it looks amazing! He worked with me for the best possible design and even worked around some last minute schedule problems that I had. The staff here is wonderful, the shop is clean and inviting, and I felt completely welcomed. I'll definitely be recommending Evolve to others.

Got my cartilage piercing done here today and it was a fantastic experience! Jon was very professional and friendly, and explained everything from the placement to the process to the aftercare perfectly. He's just a very cool guy, and was a dream to work with. The facility was clean and the needle that was used was brand new and sterile. I would most definitely recommend this studio to anybody looking to get a piercing.

The owner and his staff are so rude! I went in looking for help with a cover up and they made fun of my tattoos. Real nice guys, obviously I know they are crap or I wouldn't want them covered in the first place. Considering professional tattoos cost hundreds of dollars I think it's fair to expect some level of professionalism. I went elsewhere for my cover up, didn't get my deposit back either.

I described this tattoo, two words (memento mori), and that's all I described the tattoo as being, and the guy on the phone said, "good grief, not all artists are good artists. I can look but I don't know if I'll do it."Only knowing what it says and nothing else with this response immediately made me think they're unprofessional. Maybe they're good artists but not the response I wanted to hear.

I went to get my nose pierced. They were so professional about everything. The place was immaculate and sanitary. All the products used to pierce were sanitized to the max. Also, they were not hesitant to give me an answer on every question I asked. Bottom line is they are professional and seem like they really care ... can't forget to say they seem like really cool people. With this being my first time there, they definitely seemed like they knew what they were doing and made me feel really comfortable. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

Staff was amazing. The design I wanted took several weeks and emails. The artist was patient and really captured my vision. It was worth the 2 hour drive from Kalamazoo to receive the quality of work....

It was worth the 2 hour drive from Kalamazoo to receive the quality of work. I love that my tatoo artitst did not hesitate to express his opinion in order to capture the true essence of my tattoo. Studio was exceptionally clean and was easy to locate.

I had the best experiance here.. I walked into a really clean shop unlike the other few shops around the farmington area which I wont even mention. The customer service was exceptionally friendly curtious and very helpful. I think I was inside the door for about 3 seconds before someone said hello to me! Not to mention the tattoo I got was incredible.. Top Shelf every step of the way and they were very reasonable with their pricing. They aranged a payment plan and we broke my tattoo into three sessions. It is so amazing and I love it.. I would recommend this shop to anyone

I came here for a few piercings and had a great experience! The staff is friendly and the shop is very clean. Jon did a cover up for me yesterday and it looks amazing! He worked with me for the best possible design and even worked around some last minute schedule problems that I had.
